I called the 24 hour number (answering service) at approximately 9:00 pm on a Friday night. Jean called me back almost immediately to find out what I needed. She was helpful and concerned, reminding me to take a breath, that they would take care of my flood. She said her crew would be at my home within two hours, and they were. Both men were professional and courteous even though my call disrupted their Friday night. They took care of everything. The time between the discovery of my flood and their completion of the emergency work was approximately four hours. I hope I never need this service again but I would definitely call them back if I did.

My husband and I were at Crater Lake in Oregon. I had just hit post on Facebook about how we loved the view at Discovery Point.
The phone rang. My son told me we had a leak. He was trying to deal with it. We coordinated from there.
We called the insurance company who dispatched ServPro to take a look.
After the plumber (unrelated) put a sleeve clamp on the pipe, they came back out and started the clean-up.
Drying fans through the house. Lots of noise. Lots of nervous pets.
They came back regularly and checked the humidity in the house. We run the A/C cold anyway to keep humidity down...now it is colder to help keep the humidity down until everything is sealed back up.
They took the driers back after 5-6 days. Supposedly sprayed a microcide to prevent mold.
Found some black specks that could be the beginnings of mold. Called them and they will be out. They missed our first followup appointment due to mechanical issues, but they will be out next week.
