Description of Work: The repairs were to Wolf/Subzero appliances. You must wait until morning of appt to be called with 2 hour window. They didnt call as advised, arrived late once i called to get window and broke an access panel in my fridge.

Description of Work: Two years ago they done thermadore cooktop replacement. From the day they serviced I had problem with my cook topp.. I call them more than once . They put me on the calendar for example last time Richard had to come and fix the gas. Due to smell of gas ! They confirmed my appointment for Friday 14 . I stay all day home they never call me back at min telling me he cannot make it!!!!!!!! I called them sat told them put a message . They didn't call me back . On Tuesday they call me and told me the only appointment is for this Friday . Please be careful they are careless people working in this company.

Description of Work: We have used them in the past and although they haven't been the most porfessional, they got the job done. This time when we called, we got such the run around and had to follow up with THEM on multiple occasions with NO apology for missed appointments or lack of follow up. Seriously took almost two weeks to even try and get them to our house when we finally called a competitor. We ended up going with the other company who was at first a bit more expensiv,e but honored the quote that we got from SC. We probably won't use SC again sadly. Seems like they have grown so much, they lost what made them good in the first place.

+ -1 moreTHESE PEOPLE ARE MASTER APPLIANCE FIXERS--THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FRIEND WHO IS A PROPERTY MANAGER AND WILL ONLY USE THEM, SINCE THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL AND EXPERT. HOWEVER, THEY CHARGE $100 JUST TO COME OUT AND DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM. SO THE PROBLEM W/MY STOVE--WE HAVE A CHEAP STOVE, AND WOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT A NEW ONE IF WE REALIZED HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST TO FIX IT. BY THE TIME WE PAID SC $100 TO COME LOOK, WE JUST BIT THE BULLET AND HAD THE OLD, CRAPPY STOVE FIXED. THEY SPECIALIZE IN TOP-MODEL MACHINES.
Description of Work: MY OVEN DID NOT WORK. REPAIRMAN CAME, ORDERED PARTS, RETURNED AND FIXED THE OVEN. IT NOW WORKS WELL. THEY HAVE ALSO WORKED ON ON OF OUR WASHERS, AND FIXED IT FOR $250.
