A different company came & said for a ?deep? dryer vent cleaning would be more than 3 times the amount I was quoted on the phone. I explained how my vent worked and was told the cost was per foot. I did not pay for the deep clean, so all they did was run a vacuum hose up the pipe (it goes out an outside closet roof). Very disappointed.

Once they found out i was not doing extra that they quoted at over 4000.00. They left. I could not tell that they even finished cleaning the vents. This felt like a total scam. What a waste of 450.00 dollars.

Safe House used another company to do the work. I hired Safe House because they gave me a total price to clean the ducts. The Secondary Company said $199 for each floor was not right. They wanted @259 each to do the two units. We agreed to the extra fee but they only worked 20 minutes and wanted an addiltional $199. They showed us the dust in the two units which is not worth that money. I refused to pay the extra fee of $199. They left, emptying their vacuum cleaner in the outside. They could have emptied their cleaner into a trash bag. Very UNPROFESSIONAL JOB. Margaret Schultz

Safe house booked my appointment, then rescheduled it - twice. I mentioned this during the second rescheduling and they offered 10% off my service, but they should have offered this when they made the second phone call, not after I suggested my frustration. I had re-arranged work for both original appointments, so this was definitely an inconvenience. Safe House apparently hires contractors to fill their jobs, so I had no idea it was a different company until the van pulled into my driveway. I thought using Angi was the sourcing company, not that I was being routed to another sourcing company for the job. The service Safe House provides is good - they offered a reasonable price for the service I needed - but they need to fine-tune the execution.
