Two separate teams completed the work. One on the carpet, the other on the stir upgrade of balusters. Polite, professional, hard-working and helpful throughout. Teams that needed to move furniture did so, put it all back in the end. They thought out the lay of the carpet to minimize seams, etc, and gave their recommendations along the way. Bottom line, very good job by all. Price of the material (carpet and pad) was lower than big-box stores by far and lower than 'chain' flooring outlets. Very good communication along the way what is included, what is an upgrade, etc. Cost of labor was less than expected as well. Great to do business with hard-working people in the neighborhood. I was doubtful of having one person coordinate all the remodeling work. After seeing him interact with the Dan Hogan, the Public Adjuster we hired to handle our claim, I decide to give Mickey the contract. We agreed on a one provision, my wife and I decided to purchase through body and stone tiles from different company and he discounted his cost. Overall the remodel went well, Mickey's team did the demo., tiling, drywalling, plumbing, & painting...etc. We did have a few "hiccups' but Mickey fixed the issues and concerns we brought to his attention, as disabled Veteran I appreciated him keeping his word. The cost compared to other bids I believe was very reasonable; he made his money but didn't gouged us. I mean, "I had one company give us a bid for $90,000 plus without including the upstairs bathrooms or removing and installing new drywall." We are still cleaning up from hurricane Harvey but I'll submit a few comparison photos.

Did a great job.

The installation went well. The only difficulty was matching the wood that I already had. I wish they had been more helpful in doing that. They did allow me to bring home as many samples as I wanted, but it was still difficult for a person that doesn't see color/pattern very well.

From day one Mickey was very responsive in his communication.? He stayed in contact with us thru out the installation and there was never a delay in getting back to us.? The professionalism of him and his different crews was extraordinary.?? They were very detailed oriented, prompt, and did everything? as they said.? The job was completed on time and with care. Just a great company to work with.? For any future jobs I have, Mickey will be the person I use.? If you use them, and they perform like they did with me, I guarantee that you will not be disappointed with the customer service, work performed or the price they charge. Hands down they are a five star company.

I cannot say enough about Mickey and the crews at Royal Flooring. I had a water leak which affected approximately 80% of our floors. With that comes damage to cabinets, baseboards, paint, restoration, etc. As a small business owner I also strongly believe that supporting our local businesses is very important, but I did shop around to some of the many discount flooring places. From the time I walked into their store to the point when the last plumber left I was kept up-to-date with the schedule, who to talk to on the crews, who was coming next and what time they would be arriving. Everything was timed and orchestrated perfectly and the job ran smoothly for 7 days. Our belongings were removed and replaces with great care. Foot pads were put on all furniture to avoid any scratches. All I had to do was ask and whatever I needed done was graciously and enthusiastically completed. Picking out flooring, paint, cabinets, ceramic etc. seemed at times, overwhelming, however Mickey was patient, offered suggestions, and had just an overall calming effect on me. I would do business with Royal Flooring again in a heartbeat. If any of my friends need similar products, I would drive them over to Royal Flooring. Another thing I wanted to mention was the ease of communication. I was always promptly called back if I had left a message and they were open until 7:00pm, which made it convenient for my husband to be involved in the project after work. I was also given a written warranty, which was not offered at any of the other place I visited. This was a one stop shop for all my needs. I did not have to buy things all over town and try to organize everything and everyone myself. Mickey was my contractor and handled the entire job.
