Sometimes I am leery calling a large service company, you never know the level of expertise of the technician that shows up on your doorstep. We were VERY pleased with our service technicians! Mike #2627 and Kyle #1659 were professional and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. This was a major plumbing job that took 2 days to complete and they walked us through every step that needed to be taken. I'm a Roto-Rooter fan after dealing with these two repairmen!

Plumber used a tool that went into line thru the toilet bowl.

Excellent! Our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and I knew it wasn't the inside plumbing, as I first cleared out the trap. It had to be beyond the outdoor cleanout junction. As we were having people over later in the day to watch football, I was in a panic. One plumber I called wasn't able to come out until 7pm. Roto-rooter was there within an hour of my call. Our tech, Tyler, was very professional and friendly, explained what needed to be done and did it, all within an hour. Friendly, fast service at a reasonable price!

I liked what they did. I didn’t like their customer service skills, I guess how they related to people. It was just a little off. They answered my questions. My husband was there too but we had to like pry information out of them. They weren’t really great at just giving it to us. The work was okay. They should explain to the customer what’s wrong without having to be asked lots of questions, just be right up front. If something’s wrong tell me. They were quick.

We called Roto Rooter on a Saturday and they said they couldn't come until Sunday between 10-2, which was fine -- on a weekend, with a freeze hitting Houston, we didn't expect much more. But around noon on Sunday they called to say they couldn't come after all. They didn't have any available plumbers, they said. No other explanation -- they just weren't coming. If someone can't do a job, they should at least have the courtesy to tell you in advance -- that way you can just move on to the next guy. And if something comes up at the last minute, they should tell you what happened and how they're going to make it up to you. Awful service -- not deserving of an A rating.

They were good, they were on time and they performed a service and fixed the problem, price is pretty decent. And they were nice to our dog also.

Roto-Rooter was great. I have a home insurance policy that was supposed to cover it. Only, they could not get anyone there till the following Monday and I had a stuck up kitchen sink. So, I said forget that. I opened the phone book and it came open to Roto-Rooter. I have heard of them before so I called them. They came right out and did the job. They charged me $169 and it was well-worth it. He told me that if he had to use his little tool, it would be $169 and if he had to get the big tool, it would be $269. He just went in with the little tool and it came right out. I think the price was fair. He was really very nice. Quality was fine. They just had to take out bunch of things that should not have gone down the disposal. They came just when they said they were going to come and they called me 20 minutes before they were getting here. They just did it very fast. He told me right upfront what it was going to cost before he even started and I appreciated that and he did it.

They were punctual and didn't take long. However, they charged to much for a small amount of labor. I felt like I was being talked down to.

It went good.

After they were called, they responded fairly quickly within 30 minutes to notify me they would have a technician come to my location within 60 to 90 minutes. The technician was very careful and helpful. He cleared the drain and made sure it drained quickly.

Root-Rooter sent out technician Sebastian #2541 to check leak in laundry room. The drain for the washing machine was cleared. Company was a little pricey but Sebastian did an excellent job. He was prompt, arrived on time, very efficient and very kind. I would use them again. Thank you Sebastain :)
