Technician unable to run camera down line. Ran rooter through a location beyond sink that was stopped up. Charged more than agreed price and drain still did not work. Spoke with manager to get price reduced. Another technician came out who was also unable to perform the work.

See above. I have yet to receive a return call after repeated attempts to contact them. I am left with a bill over $9000 and I still had moisture readings above 90%. I had to hire someone else to discover And repair what they should've discovered since day one.

They are doing a great job.

The work was done as quickly as required because of sanitary conditions. Just wish they had worked a little harder to leave the ground usable. They said they "weren't landscapers" but I am 70 years old and cannot dig everything up again myself.

Work started on a weekend and was completed as promised

Their price was pretty spendy. I would use them again if I had a difficult drain to clean out.

Good, technician replaced leaking control valve.

Plumber was very professional and honest. So my review does motWanted to charge me $700 dollars to fix a pipe with pin hole leak. Did not cover any other repair or clean up other than pipe replacement. Called them due to 24hr service. Service call fee was ridiculous $300 and $85 to put a $2 clamp on pipe to stop leak.

Our Plumber, Delvin, was Super courteous and helpful! He personally contacted me to let me know how long it would be before he arrived, he discussed the work to be done with me over the phone to help me get an idea of a likely cost for the repair and then arrived on time. He communicated with me throughout the repair and suggested preventive maintenance for the sink. He made a bad experience (a clogged kitchen sink) endurable, Thanks!

EXCELLENT, he came and reviewed everything. After we gave him the list and showed what we wanted done he asked about Water Heater! Water heater had not been checked or serviced. The Water heater had a leak in it and had to be replaced. What a lifesaver! Did not plan on that expense but it was better than the other mess we would have had had he not checked it.

Person who came looked at drain and around house but further inspection with a camera would be $400. Gave and estimate for replacing what he decided was a busted pipe under house. Recommended replacing all piping even the pipes in the yard for 7500. Pipe under bathroom only would have been 3500.

Had John Moore out and the price they quoted was 5 times more & overly complicated. Very happy with price & service Roto-Rotter provided. Technicians were very polite. Only time will tell if what was done will fix the problem long term.

The technician for our area came quickly, was very professional and personable. We had a lot of grease that had hardened after 17 years and having 8 people living here, even though I try to be careful. He spent a lot of time making sure it was all clear. He said some companies can come in and clear just enough for it to work for a while, but then it will clog again. It can also be so clogged and hardened that they are unable to clear it, and he said it was close. It was pricey, around $345, but certainly cheaper than trying to install new plumbing lines. He also gave us a discount. Many companies list a cheaper price for drain clearing, but it can be deceitful, it's just for a very limited service. We were very pleased and would call again. We are in the Magnolia service area.

I immediately went to Angie's List and selected this company because it had a good rating with a lot of good reviews. I am not even fully done with the situation and I have such a sour taste of the experience. Never again. First, I couldn't just call from the app. It sent me to an answering service and told me another number. I was driving so I couldn't take down the number. If you have a 24/7 service to schedule appointments, why can't you link to that? Why do you link to the administrative side and give a number? Sometimes people can't take down a number and I was trying to get to work so I didn't have to handle this at work. I had to go to the website itself to click on the number at a red light. Secondly, the guy called me and first told me the water heater needed to be replaced which I knew wasn't right because it had just been replaced less than 2 years ago and had nothing to do with the kitchen sink. I started asking questions about how they were related where he said he made a mistake and that it was the garbage disposal needed to be replaced. Big difference between a $80 garbage disposal and a $1,000 water heater! He started spitting out costs to replace it and I was dumbfounded. He wanted to first replace for something over $400. Mind you, the part costs anywhere between $80-$100 and about 15-20minutes to replace. I know, because I have done it myself and I am not a professional. I started questioning him on why it costs so much to replace, then he told me he could come down to $250 if I went and bought the garbage disposal - so now I know he was getting $250 for ~20minutes of work. I was having a really hard time swallowing this. I was going to have to go buy the garbage disposal myself, then drop another $250 for him to do something myself. Not to mention, it was over an hour long drive to get to the location so I was hoping that I could get someone else to handle it for my tenant so it would be done in a timely manner, no one is disturbed, everyone is good to go. When I told him I was having a hard time with this because I've done at home, he started going on about warranties and such, and then told me, quite firmly, that he works on commission and wouldn't go lower than $200 to install. If I have to buy the part and deliver it to the house, why in the world do I have to pay someone else $200 to install it when I have done it myself at home? I was really not happy with this at all, I was unhappy with how hard I had to work to contact them, I was unhappy with the price given the level of effort on the work involved to replace a garbage disposal, I was unhappy with being told someone works on commission - basically telling me they don't care about customer service but only in making their own money. I know to go somewhere else next time.

The guys who came out were very courteous and professional. The clog in this pipe had been building for some time and was a tough one to clear, yet they worked on it til the pipe was cleared and the drain flowing freely. They also gave me tips on what to do to keep the drain clear and what enzymes to use to keep down the organic buildup. The cost was reasonable and far less than expected for the amount of work they did. I will definitely use and recommend them.

Roto-Rooter did a fine job.  They were kind of substituting for our regular plumber who was behind in his schedule.  We had a broken fitting on an outside water faucet.  He actually went to a plumbing supply store, got exactly the right parts for it, and fixed it.  They did a nice job.  He was here when the dispatcher said he would be here.  There was a lot of the pieces of the old part that were scattered about that he didn't pick up.  It was late at night so I gave him a pass on that but it definitely happened.  My experience was satisfactory and I would use them again.
