Brandon and his 'crew' have been paid IN FULL for a job that REMAINS incomplete after SIX MONTHS. Appointments not kept, promises broken, and some of the excuses they've given are downright insulting to ones intelligence. They claim to be customer oriented, and a family-first company, but they have effectively left a family home to rot (literally ROT) while they refuse to either complete the job or refund the ALREADY PAID INSURANCE money. Shameful business practice. Britton and Brandon have turned out to be the EXACT thing that they promised me they weren't. They are a group of storm chasing bandits. If you need post-disaster home repair, do yourself a favor, find a REAL company - don't give these snake oil salesmen a dime.
