They gave prompt service, clean work and they were very professional. They're also honest and use good quality equipment. You get what you pay for with the service.

 I have several things to say about them.  Here's what I liked about their service: 1) They sent the same person to service my pool every week and he was polite. Here's what I didn't like about their service: 1) Their communication was for the birds.  I can't ever get anyone but their answering service.  When I wanted to change my service day, it took over a month to get them to call me about it - despite telling my technician repeatedly and leaving messages at the office. 2) They don't train their technicians to understand cause and effect as it relates to pools - only to just do their job.  So, when chemicals go out of balance, the technician can not give me an idea of WHY and doesn't really know how to fix it well.  3) My plaster is shot because they can't keep the chemicals balanced from week to week - in any weather.  I can and have taken samples of my water, one day after they provide service, to the local pool store only to find that they are not in balance. 4) They have forgotten that customer service is their business.  On more than one occasion, my pool guy has shown up on a different service day because he "needed to" due to scheduling issues such as holidays, vacations, etc.  I wouldn't have a problem with this except I never find out until he shows up.  Never, not once, have they called to tell me they needed to change the day so I could be sure to not have a pool party going on at the time. I have fired them and am having my pool replastered to clean up their mess.  This was a very costly service to have hired.
