+ -1 moreThey did good. They're like a father and son operation. They did a good job. It took a while to get the part, they have to have a part and there were some issues there. I had a neighbor come in and do work on basically the same thing but I got a little bit of price so I don't know, I think it was a good price. They did a good work at a reasonable price and I just had to wait a little part. It took longer than what I expected but it wasn't really any major inconvenience.
Description of Work: I've used Richard Hughes Plumbing services. There was a leaking faucet in the tub and they replaced the faucets.

+ -1 moreWe have used Richard Hughes Plumbing they are our plumbers. It's been about a year since we used them. I thought the price was reasonable. We have used them for several years. We have been happy with what they've done. They don't do emergency service, 24 hours, if you need that you have to call somebody else.

Description of Work: This was the latest of at least a half-dozen service visits that we had from Richard Hughes Plumbing over four years. He usually answers his own phone or calls back the same day. When necessary, he has spent time on the phone with me discussing problems and options at no charge before making an actual visit (or our deciding that it's not necessary). He and his associates are knowledgeable and very professional. His fees are reasonable. I have been extremely happy with his work and service and he would always be the first plumber I would contact when needed.

+ -1 moreThe two men were very courteous & also careful in getting the new hot water heater installed in a very tight closet, about 1/2" clearance on each side of tank. The receptionist who took the call was professional & prompt with passing the service request to the men. Their pricing was good & I was happy overall.
