Job was finished in a day and a half - 4 bathrooms, 3 sinks (kitchen, laundry room, garage apartment), water heater, washer, 5 outside faucets, and main shutoff valve. Pipes were installed in the walls and ceilings, and then the water was turned off to make the final connections to the main shutoff valve and fixtures. So we were without running water for only a couple of hours. Crew was very friendly and professional. Very satisfied with the whole job.

The company is professional and punctual. The worker arrived and worked to accomplish the installation in a timely manner. My entire plumbing was replaced, water pressure is strong, and I am confident my plumbing will no longer be a concern. Dealing with Harvey damages has been a challenge, but working with this company was hassle- and stress- free. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!

As promised, the work crew came early and got right to work. It was a big deal for us because my pipes were being held together by rust only. When they told me that the job would be completed in a day, they weren't exaggerating because, by 3pm that same day, I had rust free water and more pressure than I had ever had in the house. They even repaired fixture parts that they found to be faulty. It's not often that you see a service company do exactly what they advertise on TV, but in this case, it happened. Hopefully, I will never see rusted pipes again in my lifetime, but if I do, I know who I will call. Great Job!

Very well except that more emphasis should have been made to cover the floors. Had to keep redoing the mats on stairs and other areas. The workers really knew what they were doing. Very caring. And we liked the idea that there was a national company behind the work with the warranty. Also the sheetrock person was awesome. Had 26 areas to patch.

After speaking with rep Josh, went thru house and realizing that it would be difficult to get under the house the checked to see if it would be better to go thru the attic. Once the plumbing crew came to replace all the piping. I was amazed they completed the job in 1 day! Was very satisfied the workmanship.

The three men crew arrived on time, and the whole house was completed in one day. The sheetrock was done the next day, and it looks as though nothing ever touched the walls. All the workers were professional and neat doing their respective work. I would rehire them for any additional work I needed.

Salesman lied about the process. They are not as advertised "half the price" of a plumber when actually a local plumber subcontractor does the work. They are about twice the price of a plumber. Turn on your voice recorder when talking with the salesman.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This is a broker who hires third party plumbers to repipe your home. Save money by going directly to a plumber who will do the work. And, who will do it more competently! I'm at fault for not realizing this is a broker. The sales pitch and all of the public adverts imply that this is a plumbing company. Lesson learned. In any event, we hired the company to repipe our 2-story home in January, 2017. We were told that it would be a 2-day job. They subcontracted ORYS PLUMBING SOLUTIONS to do the work. ORYS ran the pipe on day 1 and then attached connections on day 2. They did not finish until late at night, and they were clearly exhausted. Read on for the results. During this process I had several holes cut in walls and ceilings that were not used for any purpose. They were basically exploring for places to run pipes and they botched the house in several places. Once it was time to turn the water back on (at 8 pm on day 2), the contractors forgot that they had run a pipe that proved unnecessary and that was not capped. Result: water flowing through the ceiling from the 2nd floor to the 1st. Water was then shut off and an attempt made to fix the problem. Fail! Water again flowed through 2nd story down to 1st. Un-capped pipe was then discovered and sealed. Many of the connections were loose and needed to be stabilized after all of this work was done. An ORYS supervisor and several plumbers came to our home after all of the original work was done to fix/re-do work that should have been done properly the first time. Then we had to deal with the ceiling stains caused by the freely flowing water in our home. ORYS insisted on using their own contractor to paint the ceilings. They fervently insisted that the ceiling wallboard did not need to be replaced, but rather would be repaired with a coat of KILZ followed by paint. Wrong! The stains have returned in addition to other leaks that have caused stains in other areas of my ceiling. The only time I heard from "Repipe Specialists" was when they phoned me to collect money. When I phoned them for relief from this mess, they said I needed to call the plumber who did the work. I could go on, but I think this conveys the problem. PLEASE do NOT use either company referred to herein. I highly recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Plumbers did a great job on the repipe and have since done other work to our home. Since our house was vacant at the time, they stayed all day and completed the repipe in 1 day! It was amazing. Did not have them perform the sheetrock repair, the contractor that Repipe Specialists uses no-showed on me twice. I had the sheetrock work excluded from my scope of work and used a separate person to patch the openings - for half the price that their sheetrock person was going to charge me.

Team did a great job repiping house with PEX due to failing galvanized pipe. Team was very professional, and finished repiping in 2 days. Patching team (included in bid) finished the job on the 3rd day and also did a great job. No mess left behind. No issues to date.

We had three in person estimates and we were most impressed with this company. Also, they were the least expensive. They were prompt and finished re-piping our home in one day. The process from start to sheetrock repair is about 3 to 4 days as a city inspector comes out to inspect the work. I would highly recommend them.

We recently hired Repipe Specialists of Texas to repipe our entire house. RePipe Specialists in turn hired a company called Ory’s Plumbing Solutions, LLC. There were four crew members in and out of our house for two days Approximately one hour after the crew finished the job and left, I discovered that a ring was not where I last left it. I immediately reported the missing ring to the salesman for Repipe Specialists. He called the owner of Ory’s Plumbing Solutions, LLC. No response was forthcoming. I then contacted the corporate office of Repipe Specialists and talked to a representative for the company. The response was that Repipe Specialists had no liability for this incident because the job was contracted to Ory’s Plumbing Solutions, LLC. The gentleman recommended that I file a police report and let the authorities investigate the matter. A representative for Ory’s Plumbing Solutions, LLC contacted me today. Their position is that the incident never happened. I believe that an employee of Ory’s Plumbing Solutions, LLC. took the ring. The police have advised that there is no further action I can take against either party because I have no proof.

Job went off without a hitch. Workers showed up when they were scheduled, walked the house with me and immediately began work. The work crew was very professional and worked very hard at completing the job in one day. After the job was inspected by the city, their sheetrocking crew came in and covered and re-textured the walls that they had to cut into. I was very impressed by the speed of the job but more importantly with the quality of the materials and workmanship. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Crews reported as scheduled, and completed re-piping as scheduled. Plumbers performing replacement of pipes did an excellent job, but crew which re-plastered walls to cover holes in too much of a hurry. Not thrilled with plaster work.

I recently had my entire 2 story home repiped with Pex Pipe. I was very pleased with the entire project, and the 5 man crew knew exactly what they were doing, I experienced no leaks whatsoever, the wall repairs were prompt and of very good craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone who is having problems with their troublesome galvanized pipes. I am now getting better tasting water and much higher flow pressures at my faucets, shower heads etc. I now have peace of mind, knowing that I'll no longer have to worry

Was told Repipe installers would call 1 hour beforehand. Never happened. Was told sheet rock repair would call 1 hour beforehand. Never happened. Was told we would receive email confirmation after signing contract. Never happened. Did not finish job by reconnecting hot water dispenser and providing face plate for clothes washer connection box. Said would complete next day. Never happened. Had to contact Repipe to get the two items above completed which took two trips at Repipes convenience instead of customer convenience resulting in having to be available for two days waiting for them to show up. Damaged ceilings in two rooms. Called that to attention of 3 associates. Also pointed out minor damage to two LED ceiling can lights in kitchen. No response from Repipe Specialists. Installers left debris and a length of the old galvanized pipe on lawn which had the potential to cause a serious injury if struck by mower had it not been discovered. Sheet rock repairers did not clean up after completing their part of project. Comment: Repipe Specialists needs to ensure that its sub-contractors adhere to its policies and guidelines which it apparently doesn't do. Advice: Withhold 10% of final payment until all issues are resolved and job completed. Would we hire this company again? Hard to say at this point depending Repipe's resolving the two remaining issues. Would we recommend this company to others. Based on price, yes but we would also advise make them aware of the issues we had.

Overall the job went well. There were a couple of issues. The hot and cold water piping was crossed up at the kitchen sink and back yard hose bib, but the problem was corrected quickly. It would have been nice to include raising the water heater 18" to pass inspection on the contract instead of it being an add on. I have to say though, I was very impressed that there were no leaks when the water was turned back on, considering the amount of work that had taken place. All of the workers answered questions and addressed concerns. They were all polite and personable. The patching crew did a great job with the drywall and we paid them a little extra to patch some things that weren't related to the re-pipe work.
