Awful company. Do not hire them. They said that they could repipe our condominiums and it was a disaster. They claim on their website that they keep the spaces clean but they pulled random subs into the job that damaged many properties. They only are qualified to do small homes. Their crews acted unprofessionally and the entire experience with them was a complete nightmare. They charged way too much for the horrible quality job they did in our spaces and I do not wish the experience on anyone else. Stay away from this company.

I am extremely disappointed with Repipe Specialist USA. After the initial consultation with the Houston, Texas office, a deposit of $3000.00 was requested without any work being done. Then the repiping work was re-scheduled three times. I texted the consultant, Chris Archer, that the deposit should not be taken until the work is started on 9/13/2023. The agreed upon date was broken three time and I needed to cancel. He said he was working on that paperwork on 9/19/2023. I called the Houston office 832-492-9738 on 9/27/2023, I spoke to Misty, she said that she handled permits, and the consultant handles the refunds. The consultant is giving me the run around and this ordeal is stressing me out.

We replaced all the water pipes in our 2 story TH in August 2021. VERY HAPPY with Repipe Specialist! The estimator who came to the house walked through the entire property with us, including the detached 2 car garage where the hot water heater is located. He fully explained the entire process to us, and everything done was what and how he said it would be done. The team who did the actual work were amazing! They worked in perfect sync together, like they had done this thousands of times! They were not only knowledgeable about what they were doing, but also very considerate and courteous to us while they were in our home. The entire process was completed in 2 days and on the 3rd day, the City Inspector came and approved the job. We never moved out of the house! We had our own contractor complete the sheetrock repair, etc. because we had other work for him to do that was not related to the repiping. We do (and have) highly recommend Repipe Specialist.

They were here on time. Very professional, piping finished in one day. Keep my house very clean. Crew returned on next working day. Five all holes in sheet rock. Very happy with all work. Would recommend this company to anyone.

In 2020 I had my 1970s era central Texas home totally replumbed because the pipes went through the foundation and were in accessible as well as degrading. The whole process from getting the estimate to having the work done happen very smoothly and quickly. They even sent a drywaller from Houston to repair the walls which were minimally interfered with. Can’t recommend them highly enough. The proof in the putting is I survived this recent terrible storm with no damage.

Very well. Crew arrived on time and worked efficiently $ simultaneously throughout the house. Work was completed as expected. Took care to put down plastic on floors where they’d be working inside.

We are in day 2 currently, but both crews have been very good and conscientious of their work. They are young guys and are very respectful. I am amazed at how they do all this. The guys running the pipes in the attic and down the walls yesterday were like attic ninjas. Very good. Ask for Jack, Chris and Kyle! They actually pointed out a problem in the attic that could've cost us thousands of $$.

Very well. RePipe Specialist - Courtsey Plumbing 832-492.9738. More than excellent - from the bid process to the final drywall repair I can't tell you how happy I am. Timing was perfect in every way, down to time arrival time by the minute... They met all expectations of the bid and progress for each day. They remained masked the entire day, all prep work done in the patio, house remained tidy. It takes three days to complete the ENTIRE process, preparation - day wall, pipes in place and working the next day and then the wall people come in the last day. No particles in the water these days. Nice clear drinking water! It's been two weeks since the install. I'm still "over the moon". Hazel

Very good experience. Crew showed up on time and went right to work. Water was running through my new pipes by end of day. City inspector came the next morning and passed all the work without issue. Patching representative came next day and fixed my walls. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

The experience went very well. Great team of workers. They got right to work and I was very comfortable with them in the house.

After a second pipe burst under my home this winter I decided to repipe everything so I never have to deal with that again. Repipe Specialists were able to replace everything as well as reroute the pipe through my attic rather than under my house (where they were not assessable). The were significantly cheaper than calling a regular plumber and were able to start right away. They were fast and efficient and I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with similar circumstances.

We highly recommend Repipe Specialists to replace your existing plumbing. They gave a a bid, came in replaced all the pipes including the pipe from the street to the house. They cleaned up, replaced the sheet rock, matched the texture and repainted the walls. We couldn't tell where the patches were done. They even came back and adjusted the water pressure because it was set to low. If I ever buy another house and have water leaks I will have Repipe Specialists replace the pipes in that house.

It went GREAT! They were on time and got to work right away. Very Professional and to the point, friendly,courteous, and answered all questions we had. Cleaned up work area, insulated both hot and cold water lines in the wall and attic. The holes surprised me as some were rather large but the patch and plaster crew did a wonderful job of patching. They called a day later and asked if everything was OK, Thanks Repipe!

EPW plumbing and Repipe specialists recently re-piped my entire house which is a fairly large two-story home in the Spring, Texas area. The crew did an excellent job with the re-pipe work and we were very pleased with how they cleaned up after the job was finished. In addition, the crew that patched the sheet rock did a fantastic job in matching the textures of my walls which vary across my home. I would y recommend using EPW and Repipe specialists for your re-piping project.

It went very badly. I did not realize (my fault) that Repipe Specialists are just a broker that subcontracts out for the actual performance of services. As such, while they were the single point of contact, they did not have direct oversight of the work being done by the subcontractor's crew. That subcontractor, EPW Services, had a meltdown on our project. Although they eventually completed the work, it took two weeks, not three days, and caused us a great deal of stress and inconvenience. Furthermore, since Repipe Specialists (not to be confused with Repipe Company) was a broker, the cost was likely considerably greater than it would have been if I had simply contracted directly with a company which performs the actual work. For this reason, in that I was responsible for agreeing to this arrangement, I raised their rating to "D", rather than "F". This is not to say that someone else may have a better experience, but simply that ours was a disaster.

Everything from the initial estimate and explanation of services to the final sheetrock repair was excellent. The whole process was completed in a courtesy, timely and professional manner. In my opinion the final cost was more than fair. As you can tell, I am completely happy with the result and would recommend Repipe Specialists of Texas to anyone needing a home re-pipe.

The repiping work was done in only one day, while the sheet rock repairing of the walls was completed the very next day. The cost was less than half what our plumber quoted us. They also replaced our hot water heater. Very impressed with the professionalism, cost, timeliness, & final finished product.

The entire house repipe was completed in one day. On the second day a crew came in to do all the patching on the drywall. All of the workers were professional and courteous and minimized the disruption to our home as much as possible. The new pex pipes work beautifully and have added value to our home.

Our house was built in 1960 with all galvanized pipe plumbing. By 2019 the water pressure was not too great and occasionally the water would be a rusty orange color. We had considered re-piping the house for some time but continued to hesitate and put it off. In 2018 & 2019 (within a 12-month period) we had 2 water leaks in the attic over the kitchen. Each time we paid a plumber to come out and repair the pipe, then we paid someone else to repair the sheetrock. Each time was quite expensive. So, when the 3rd leak occurred in June of 2019 we had a plumber come out and repair. This time we asked for a quote to re-pipe the house. Before committing to this plumbing company’s quote, we also requested a quote from the “Repipe Specialist”. We had seen their advertisements in the local newspaper and on TV. Their sales representative was extremely knowledgeable and even pointed out work that would be done that we had not even considered. Their quote included re-piping the entire house, replacing water inlets on the dishwasher, washer, water heater, icemaker, and all outdoor faucets. It even included adding 1 outdoor faucet and replacing bathtub / shower faucets in 2 bathrooms. All this to be completed in 1 day, after which they would come back and replace the sheetrock. Their quote was almost $2,000 less than the original plumbing company! Sound too good to be true, but wait, that’s not all, they also facilitated getting us a 6 month 0% interest loan. They were true to their word. The re-piping was done in 1 day, the city inspector came by on the 2nd day (even the city inspector commented on how well a job they had done), then the sheetrock group came and repaired all openings. All workers arrived on time, were professional, and each team cleaned up after their perspective work was complete. All in all, the entire job was completed in just 3 days. Who could ask for anything more?

Amazing how quickly this process was completed. From the initial quote through the entire process we were impressed with the employees and their work!!!!
