I LOVE MY WORK! Home is so important to me -- and I believe that HOME is of utmost importance to just about everyone. That's why I get a thrill out of helping my clients achieve their goals -- whether they are selling their home, or purchasing their home, or even going through the logistical dance of buying and selling homes at the same time! I am a native Houstonian, so I have a great working knowledge of all of our city and its surrounding suburbs. But I choose to focus my real estate business on the Central and Near North areas, and I live in The Heights -- a wonderful 100-year-old neighborhood that is much like a small town. I have been a REALTOR since 2001 -- and always with Coldwell Banker United in the Heights area. I am proud to say that I've been a consistent top-producing agent for 15 years, and have ranked in the top 15 of all of Coldwell Banker's 800+ agents in Houston for the past 8 years. This is only important to you, my potential future client, because it shows you that I have the experience and knowledge to serve YOUR real estate needs too! I enjoy guiding clients through the process of preparing their home for sale, and then using Coldwell Banker's great marketing tools to get their home shown and sold. We’ve had Rae Lynn help us buy and sell houses six times. I wouldn’t look any further for a realtor. She is a pro. She reads people and houses really well. While selling your house is a business transaction, it’s also personal. She’s been through all of it with us. Part therapist, part match maker, full on sharp business professional.
