Punum Roofing was contacted to provide an estimate for a full roof replacement. After discussing the details I was impressed with the plan of work. A quote was to be provided on Monday following the Thanksgiving holiday. On Tuesday I called inquiring about my quote and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Nearly a month later I called the office again having still not received a quote. I was told it would be investigated and they would call me back. I never got a return call from the office either.
I probably would have selected Punum Roofing but they don't seem to be interested in my business.
