+ -1 morePunum Roofing was contacted to provide an estimate for a full roof replacement. After discussing the details I was impressed with the plan of work. A quote was to be provided on Monday following the Thanksgiving holiday. On Tuesday I called inquiring about my quote and was told it would be ready that afternoon. Nearly a month later I called the office again having still not received a quote. I was told it would be investigated and they would call me back. I never got a return call from the office either. I probably would have selected Punum Roofing but they don't seem to be interested in my business.

+ -1 moreAs I described, My roof vents were leaking, Punum sent Mr. Beeman out to take care of the job. The original repair had a small problem that was taken care of with days. This is a very reputable company that will stand behind the job until the customer is satisfied.
Description of Work: I had a leak in my roof vent. Dan Beeman came right out gave me a fair estimate and had a worker to replace 2 of my vents. When there was a problem with the repair, Mr. Beeman came out himself, upgraded and repaired the vent with no additional cost.

+ -1 morePunum Roofing replaced my roof after a storm damage in 2003. Recently, during a thunderstorm I noticed a leak from a point on the roof and called Punum roofing for an inspection and gave the address. The person who called after a few days to inspect the roof had the wrong address and said he will transfer to the person taking care of the area I live in. Nothing happened for a week and I called again and requested an inspection. The person I talked to promised to send somebody to inspect the roof. So far nobody contacted me. It has been almost two weeks since my initial call.
