Punbar Air began when our team of mechanical engineers discovered HVAC deficiencies in our own homes. And as a group of driven problem solvers, we realized other folks in our community must be experiencing the same issues, too. So we set out to help homeowners in our area repair and install the quality HVAC systems they deserve. We focus on your safety, health, comfort, and energy efficiency above all else, providing innovative solutions tailored to your needs. Excellent work from the team that came on-site. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and why. I received detailed reports after visit. These guys aren't salesmen, they are honest brokers in the field. They don't push unnecessary stuff, like others, they respond to what you need. Ronald is always available to answer questions, and is very good at describing the process and/or limitations. They will also follow-up after the work is done. Hire them, you won't regret it. My house is like being inside a refrigerator now when I run my air conditioning

Ronald and his associates performed the work as described in our initial constellation. Once completed, he walked through my entire home explaining all of the problem areas and what could be done to promote efficiency with my unit. The next day he sent over a very detailed report with graphs and solutions to all of my homes issues. His solutions ranged from short term- mid term - and long term. He was not forceful in any direction, but rather inclined to answer all of my questions. The dialogue was one that I have never experienced from an AC Technician. I would highly recommend Punbar if if you prefer honesty, quality, and experience.

Would highly recommend at this juncture. Appreciated his overall professionalism, as well as that of his crew. Ronald gives the HVAC industry some seriously needed integrity and decent ethics as well. Hopefully, as time and my experiences with him continue, this will be sustained. I'd be very disappointed if this were to change like so many others in this industry do -- the honesty is displaced with greed; I hope this doesn't happen with Punbar.

Excellent service provided! These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. They had updated equipment and ran tests on units to see their performance. They identified the problem right away and provided me with different solutions depending on my budget. After work was done they once again ran tests and show me new performance results. It was also pretty noticeable to see the improvement within 1 day. Last but not least they were very punctual and left everything clean and organized. I would definitely recommend Punbar and would rehire if needed.

Mr Amaya was very responsive, they attended my call immediately and showed a nice sense of urgency. I had to reschedule the appointment twice and he was very flexible. Once at home he quickly identified an old repair that wasn't done properly in the AC coil. Fixed, reload my two AC with coolant and highlighted some inefficiencies with the design. I'm planing to complete those repairs in the near future. HVAC unit is up and running and the house is freezing cold.

Great, this is my tyoe of contractor, straight to the point, very responsive, technical enough to explain an engineer what they did and all make sense. Price was very reasonable comparing other contractors I had before. Obviously the other contractor was trying to create a non-existing problem to try to sell me a new AC unit, Punbar came and save me from a thief.

I was 0-for-2 with companies until I came across Ronald at Punbar Heating & Cooling Solutions. In terms of customer service, and making me feel like he really cared that it was 87 degrees inside my house all weekend, Ronald did exactly that. I'm a more creative type, and things like home repair are not in my wheel-house. Ronald didn't make me feel like a dunce and took the time to explain things to me. If you have to call anybody in the Houston-Metro area, I would really, really, really suggest you give his company a call. Contact information in the attached photo.

Perfect! We could not be happier. Who doesn't cringe when their AC goes out in the middle of a Houston summer. Here comes Houston summer pricing... Not with Punbar. I was convinced our evaporator coil had finally died and need someone to replace. So, I decided to "shop" it around. Candidly, if Punbar would have given me a reasonable price, I would have told them to do the work without question. However, not the case. He said you will have to replace coil at some point, but your fix is relatively minor $150.00... reasonable and we were not taken advantage of. Punbar will get all of our AC business.

PUNBAR was great to work with when it comes to their inspection services. From start to finish I was very pleased with my experience. They came to do the inspection within the quoted time frame. The inspection was professional, conducted with the latest tools and most importantly it was so engineering driven that the builder was immediately in agreement with all findings. My new home HVAC system has been working reliably and under its design parameters since inception. In addition all suggested changes just made my HVAC system to work on a more sustainable basis, especially under Houston temperature conditions. Their prices are very reasonable and it’s nice knowing you’re working with a knowledgeable and professional people - it’s very refreshing feeling. I would not hesitate to hire them again & recommend to others.

It went excellent. It values every penny spent. These people are completely different from the avg technical HVAC services offered in the Houston area. Top quality. They come in and give you an assessment of the AC that is done not by observation (like all other), but with equipment that give you real result by measuring all the areas. There are not assumptions but facts. This tells you that the level of knowledge, competency and professionalism is way far beyond than the other providers. I will not doubt to hire/recommend them again.
