Ron came out same day I called. He diagnosed the problem and recommended components to buy from OEM dealer directly. When parts arrived Ron came over the same day to install. TV now works.

Provider was courteous, prompt, and RESPONSIVE!! Wanted work done right away and company came out same day!! Service was provided in a timely manner and did not have to use up entire day for the work to be done.
