I was frustrated with this visit because he didn't hear or smell anything and I feel he didn't look toughly enough. I finally found the problem in the attic. There was a pipe leaking down the pipe in the wall. I had to fix it myself.

They did a great job extracting and fixing the pipe. They explained everything they were going to do in detail and are technology savvy. They did the job quickly and did not tear anything up more than they needed.

The job took 6 days. I have to say they did an excellent job. They fixed the problem. I haven't seen any leaks since. I would hire them again if I had to because I feel like I can trust them.

Pickett Plumbing is very professional, customer friendly service people, who did a major plumbing job for me. The lines under six sinks were old, and needed to be replaced. Pickett Plumbing came out, tore out the old lines, and re-piped twelve new lines for me under six sinks. The service people are very easy to deal with and are very efficient in plumbing work.

Walter Pickett answered my call quickly and followed up readily with an estimate and plumbing repair. He was pretty competitive with his prices and was able to explain the specific way to repair the leaks. The repair job was scheduled on the spot and the plumber was equipped with all the supplies and parts. He replaced all the fixtures, handles, valves and he fixed the spray hose. He cleaned up all the mess and I havent had any problems since.

YOU GET A LONGER WARRANTY WITH DURAFLOW AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO TEAR INTO WALLS AND CEILINGS. PICKETT'S TEAM SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WEAR SURGICAL FOOT COVERS OVER THEIR SHOES AND LAY OUT PLASTIC EVERYWHERE THEY WILL WALK. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. THE TEAM WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I HAD HAD SEVERAL LEAKS OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY LEAKS SINCE THEY COMPLETED THE PROCESS. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE MY HUSBAND AND I. THEY ARE EXTREMELY CUSTOMER DRIVEN AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
