I wasnt in town to meet them so i left a key under the mat. I told them just to lock up when they were done and put the key back. They came on time, cleaned all carpets, and locked up as i asked. My prop mgr said the carpets looked like new. Thats all i wanted!

They arrived on time for my 8am appointment. The first comment when I opened the door was the notation that I had a doormat with another carpet, upholstry and tile cleaning company's name and logo on it. I purchased that mat and it does a great job getting the firt and sand off of our shoes before entering our home. I said that I had had them out several times and while they did a good job, I wanted to see what OOPS had to offer because they come highly regarded by Michael Barry. My first impression was not good because before telling me the good they could do for me they had to put down the company I had used prior to them. I believe, if you are a good and reputable company, your work should speak for itself without having to say one negative word about anyone else. The guys began to check for the problem areas and told me they would treat them with a special solution. I asked how long my carpet would be wet and was told the main areas would be dry in about 4 hours and the areas with the special solution would take up to 6-8 hours. I was ok with that. Since it took them less than 1 hour to complete my whole home, I left the house at 9 and we did not arrive back home until after 6pm. I wanted my carpet to stay nice, so I asked all my family to take their shoes off before walking on the carpet. I was the first one on the carpet and was quite shocked when my socks were soaked all the way through. I had everyone else remove their socks too so as not to get theirs wet. The weather was dry and hot so I thought it would at least be dry by morning. It wasnt dry completely for 3 days! That was such a dissappointment. Then, after being told the pet urine smell would be gone, I started smelling it again when the carpet was completely dry. As a business owner, I tried to contact the owner of Oops to discuss this with her and was told that she is not in the office and rarely comes in. I did not want to speak the the gentlemen that were sent to my home the first time because I did not feel they were professional in the way they put down the other 2 companies I had used in the past. I truly feel you should let your work speak for itself and in my opinion, I did not get what I asked for and am an unhappy customer.

Just purchased the home and waned carpets cleaned before moving in. They were scheduled and arrived as expected. They began by checking for pet stains which we did not expect. They found one old dog urine spot in one of the bedrooms that we were unaware of. It was nice to see the home we just purchased had not had many animals previously. They completed their work in about an hour. They arrived when only my wofe was at the house. she was very comfortable with them as the techs were very polite. I will use them again.

Arrived on time. Checked for previous pet stains and found one room had old dog urine and soap or cleaning product left behind. Was told that the lipstick would probably not come out and it was recommended my tack strip be replaced with a Z bar which he didn't have on the truck. I think he could have cut an inch off the whole left side of room and it would have stretched and gone down as originally installed. Maybe that would have cost more than the Z bar fix. Extra $45 for the pretreat of the pet stains. Whole job took less than 1 hr. Was told to leave ceiling fans on and a/c running and it would dry in 5 hrs. Lipstick did not come out. Turned from red to orange. I still haven't replaced the tack strip with a Z bar.

Two technicians showed up on time, very professional, answered all my questions, the only concern I had was how quickly it took them to cover all these rooms! By the time I got back down stairs and read two emails and they were already doing the stairs and coming down, although the carpet seemed clean I can't imagine they could do a great job in less than 30 minutes! Overall, it was a good job.

The technician was very punctual. He even called to let me know he was on his way. When he showed up he immediately set up to start the carpet cleaning. I don't know anything about the equipment, chemicals or process of cleaning carpet but can say that whatever he did or used is magic. We were considering replacing our carpets, but on the recommendation from our realtor we called OOPS to come out. The carpet looks great. They offered the stain guard at a reasonable price and we even saved money by doing all 3 rooms. Great service and the technician was very respectful and professional. When reading the reviews of this company I read a review about how noisy the truck was. The truck was very noisy and I had some stuff I had to do in the garage. Get some earmuffs or plugs if you plan to be in the vacinity of the truck. I will definitely use this company again.

I was very disappointed. The typical problems that customers have with cleaning services that they warned against in their ad, they were guilty of. I was left with a wet--wet carpet. I was told before the carpet guy left my home that it would take about 4-5 hours for the carpet to dry. He told me to keep my AC on high. I did that. I took 4 days for my carpet to dry and an extra 3 days for all the stairs to dry. Needless to say, the bottom three stairs dried with a yellowish residue. I did not contact the company to come back to fix the situation. I felt like I was made the fool because I fell for their advertisement. No I would not ever do business with this company again.

This is the second time in the last month I have used Oops at two different locations. Both jobs have been performed GREAT! I would use them again and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

Terrible. Their truck was in the neighborhood at a neighbors house. I was amazed and appalled at the level of noise the truck was creating. I dont know the mechanics of how their set-up works, but let me tell you it had to be above any legal limits for noise pollution. I immediately called the number on the side of the truck while I was outside and across the street from the truck. The lady answered and i asked her if she could hear the noise. She of course said no. Unfortunately I was using an iPhone 5 which has noise reduction technology. I'm sure they get calls like this, but she denied any knowledge of noise complaints. I was walking my dog at the time and could still hear the noise 5 blocks away. I just couldn't believe it was legal to have this level of noise from their truck.

It was wonderful. The tech was named Navor and he was very good. He spent extra time in the corners. The carpet looks brand new. They did not try to rush out of here.

Good job. Have pets (with issues). Spot showed backup, quickly took care of it when called. No more spot (still have dog, Rudy).

Arrived on schedule and returned to work as promised. Successfully removed and deodorized all stains except for paint stains which they said before hand they could not remove them.

They did a great job, were on time, and were professional.

They were cheaper than another company and they did a good job. They were a lot better than another company we used. We would use them again.

I had used a well advertised competitor of Oops for years. This particular competitor consistently changed their price when they showed up. Oops did not. Oops charges less than the competitor I'm referring to and does a great job. They were on time and very friendly. I decided to add something to my list of things to clean at the last minute. They did so happily even though they were required to stay an extra 20 minutes. I will call them again.

I called in the evening and spoke with a live person, not a voice mail. We scheduled the cleaining for arrival on Monday between 4:00 and 7:00 pm. They called me @ 3:55 and advised they would be at my home before 4:30. Josh arrived about 4:15. He looked at the areas and suggested the stainguard. Although we have 2 small indoor dogs, he did not find any areas that needed extra attention due to "accidents". We had recently sold most of the furniture and I had moved the rest out of the room. Josh worked quickly and quietly. He was finished before I knew it and the carpets looked amazing. He was able to get out some spots that I was sure were permanent. He pointed out the wear pattern and suggested that, if possible, I might try rearranging the furniture every so often to avoid wearing out a path. He asked for towels to put down at every location where you stepped off the carpet onto hardwood or tile so no one would slip after coming off the damp carpet. He recommended keeping the A/C running to help speed up the drying process. Josh walked me through the room to check the spots I was concerned about. He was gone shortly after 5:00, leaving me the evening free. Although he did recommend the stainguard, I did not feel "pressured" into buying. They had quoted $110 on the phone and that was the price plus the $55.00 for the stainguard. I have had several other carpet cleaners in the past, but Oops was certainly the most professional, did the least amount of upselling (you wouldn't believe what I spent with another company cleaning my tile and grout!) and most of all- on time. I will definitely use them again.

I would give them high marks. They got stains out of the carpet that I don’t think anybody could get out. It was not grounding dirt. The other company had cleaned it; it got dirtier after that. These guys were on time. They were quick. They were efficient. The most important thing was that they didn’t try to up sell me. A lot of carpet cleaning company does that when you go in there. These guys came in. They were professional. They gave me a price and included everything. I was very happy with them. I would recommend them to other people as well. I would use them in the future.

In late June, I made an appointment to have near-white berber carpet steam cleaned. A year earlier I had a horrible experience with Sears carpet cleaning so I was a very hesitant to let cleaners back in my home. I have to say, I no longer will worry about this aspect. Over the course of the work I met 3 techs / owners of Oops. All were courteous, capible, and caring. I may adopt Bryan as he came on each of the 3 visits. The carpets were cleaned satisfactorily on the first visit. When a section of carpet in the master would not dry, I mistakenly thought it was because of a special treatment that portion of carpet had received. Bryan came back to investigate the issue. Turns out that on the same day I had the carpets cleaned, a pipe in the attic that was removing the air conditioner water overflowed. What are those odds? Relieved that the cause of the water was not the doing of Oops, Bryan helped move the dresser, remove the saturated pad, treated the carpet so it would not mildew and told me to call when the plumber had fixed it. The 3rd visit was after the plumber, Alliance, did a great job fixing the leak. After a few days to allow all to dry Bryan came back to help get everything back to normal. The small disappointment I had was the 2nd cleaning of the bedroom area did not remove the stain, as I would have expected. I am still within my warranty period so I will call them. Considering past experiences with uncaring, unprofessional, and scam carpet cleaners – I am very pleased with the quality of work I received from Oops.

I was satisfied with their work. The guy who came and did the work was friendly. It looked like they had good equipment and they weren't just cleaning your place with nasty old stuff. The guys that came in with the equipment were professional and nice. I didn't have any complaints about them. I shopped around a little bit on the pricing. Their communication was fine and their punctuality was good. If I wanted to clean my carpet again, I would call them to do the work.

I was very happy with their services. My carpets came up spotless, and they were finished within an hour and a half. The two men were friendly, professional, and spoke English as a first language. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and use them again myself.

I hd many pet urine spots in my carpet and called these guys, they came out the next week and did an excellent job. I have one room that I thought the carpet was ruined and needed to be replaced but when he was finished it looked almost brand new! Their price is $100 for 4 rooms with urine spots an extra charge. They outlined the price and gave me options of treating or not treating the urine spots and in the end I decided to have the spots treated and paid the extra price for this.
