I hired Orlando to paint the exterior of my house and do some minor repairs. The original estimate of $1600 to paint the house and repair a rotten fascia board was emailed to me, and I wrote a $480 check to get the work started. Some extras like cleaning out the gutters ($125), repairing the rotten trim and replaced the glass of a small window ($150), and replacing some rotten trim and wood shingles ($125) were added on after they were discovered and discussed. The work was started within a day of the signed contract. It was finished about 1 week later, with work done every day except Sunday (if I remember correctly). He did a very thorough job of pressure washing and prepping the exterior (caulked cracks, replaced rotten boards) before finally painting. I gave him a paint color card I found at Lowe's, and he had it matched at Sherwin Williams (better quality paint). The finished result looks great. I am very happy to have a freshly painted, clean, repaired exterior on my house. And I thought the price was decent for the amount of work done.
