I have worked with Josh Baker at Nicks for the past five years. He Is personable, courteous, and professional. He took and shared photos of his work as I was not at home to observe it. We had repair of fixtures in our shower. The house has very high-end fixtures that had to be ordered from Germany. The first order never arrived but Josh kept on top of it and was able to find the fixtures through an alternate supplier. We appreciated the persistence to complete this project.

These guys are so professional. They worked at a difficult backup situation until they got it resolved. They left the area clean and were incredibly pleasant and informative. I will use them any time I need a plumber

Gilbert arrived timely. He explained his initial process to unclog the drain pipe and if that didnâ t work what the second approach would be. The clog did require the second approach. I had a leak somewhere between the water meter and my house. It was not obvious where the leak originated. Eduardo G. from Nickâ s Plumbing was able to locate the leak with the first hole he dug. That takes expertise!!! I canâ t say enough about Eduardo. He earned my trust. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and patient. Most importantly, he knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing and did an excellent quality job. He left the area looking great as if nothing had been dug. I will definitely request Eduardo for my next plumbing need. He was a Godsend.

Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the (3) issues that I had and provided a combined quote. although I only opted to pay for the kitchen sink to be unclogged, he tightened the loose connections causing bathroom leaks at no charge. I would highly recommend Nickâ s Plumbing, my only complaint is that dispatch misspelled my name (I spelled it out for her) and also entered the wrong street name which delayed his arrival but he called me and quickly resolved it. I am quite satisfied!

Serviceman was on time. Told me the options available. Was knowledgeable, professional. I would use them again and would recommend to anyone needing their services.

My thermostat was calling for heat and it was not warming up the house. I called Nicks Plumbing bc I saw they also did ac/heating services. Ronnie was my tech dispatched to review the issue. After investigating he determined the control board was bad. He also evaluated the system and made additional recommendations on safety updates and duct work. All I could Afford at the time is the computer board replacement. The verbal price quote was good but the final invoice was higher either due to inflation or increased costs on parts and labor. I canâ t fault Ronnie for this but assume if I got cheaper labor or parts Iâ d deal with other issues in the future or earlier break down. I felt I could trust Ronnie and his recommendations and felt good with the repairs and service.

The technician Mr. Gilbert was very friendly , honest, knowledgeable and yet Professional . Will definitely request Mr. Gilbert in the future and already referred your company and request Mr. Gilbert Thank you

He offered advise on the water damage and recommended someone equally professional, friendly and honest!) I can state without a doubt, he was the best plumber (actually One of the best contractors I ve ever used!) his recommendation was also one of the best!) I highly recommend this company!! I was surprised with the cost expecting it to be much higher considering what I ve been charged for in the past (for work that was either shoddy or never even completed!) I higher recommend this company!
