We have found that some crews are a bit more thorough than others, but as long as you provide them this feedback, they will work with you to use your preferred crew when possible.

"I am so sorry that you were not thrilled with the clean we provided! Here at Naturalcare, we strive to exceed our clients' expectations, and we are embarrassed when we fall short of those expectations. We really would have loved to send a team back to perform a redo, but you did let us know that the only time someone was available to let the team into your home would be after 4:30 PM or on Saturday. I am so sorry that we were unable to come after business hours to take care of that for you. We really wanted to give you a full refund. Since this was purchased through Angie's List, we did not have your credit card information on file. We tried to contact you via email and phone to issue you a refund, but have not been able to get in contact with you. I definitely apologize that your experience with Naturalcare was not awesome! I would still love to take care of this for you, so if you contact our office with that information, we would be happy to issue that refund."

"I am so sorry about the email confusion. As soon as we realized that our Service Agreement email was bouncing back due to an incorrect email address, we immediately tried to contact you via telephone. We do keep very detailed records of all phone and email correspondence to make sure that we are able to serve our clients to our fullest potential, and I do show that we called and were able to leave you voice messages several times in the days previous to your scheduled clean date. I am baffled that no one contacted you after your scheduled date of service to get the correct email and to reschedule your clean. I am so sorry to hear that the mistake was made when we first entered your email address, and we do hope that you were able to get the clean that you needed."

From the company's standpoint, it keeps us accountable to our actions, business models, and overall operations. Unfortunately I have no excuse for the work that was done. We reviewed your clean with our staff, to find the breakdown. Bottom line here is simple: Our company failed you.
