they have called me and apologized, it seems there was mistake and they scheduled the appointment on 30th by mistake.
very professional and friendly staff, they gave me a free service because of their mistake.
Unfortunately Nature's Pest Solutions did not show up for my 5-7pm window on the date scheduled. I sent a message via the messaging system asking for someone to contact me once the technician was on his way, but I never heard back. I received a call the next morning, and after some consideration and (eventually) an apology, we re-scheduled the appointment for a couple days later. The owner/manager was ultimately very apologetic and accommodating for the re-schedule, and in consideration offered a free mosquito treatment for our front and back yards.
On the day of the (second) appointment, the technician was on time. He was very courteous and efficient but did not seem rushed. He was also aware of the offered mosquito treatment, performed that service as well, and knew that was a service with no charge. All told on the day of service, Nature's Pest Solutions seem to have done a very good job, and we have seen positive results.
I downgraded the ratings solely based on the no-show appointment, which -- during the work week and requiring me to leave work early in order to make the appointment -- was a pretty unfortunate experience. After this misstep however they did their very best to make it up to us, both with the offer of a free service as well as performing a very good job once here. i would use them again and recommend them to others.
**I note the name of this company when the Service was purchased and performed was "Nature's Pest Solutions"; the name appears to have recently changed to "Natran Green Pest Control." Not sure of the reason or significance of this change, but thought it was worth noting here.

I do not see any "call-backs" on your account, and we would need to apply follow up treatments to take care of the issue. These visits are under warranty, and you would not be billed for the return visits. We do guarantee our work, and would love to hear about your concerns as soon as they come up. Then we decided we wanted a mosquito misting system, and asked them to send someone out to give us an estimate. No one showed up, so we called back and set up another appointment. No one showed up again.
The next time they came out to spray for bugs, I complained to the bug spray guy about the two missed appointments. He called the office and let them know how upset I was. Some one from the office called me the next day and set up a third appointment. This time someone came, and gave me an estimate. We set up a date for them to come out and install the system.
The installation went very well. The two guys who installed the system were cordial, professional, and they did an excellent job. The mister works great, and we have hardly seen a mosquito in our back yard since.
We installed an automatic gate in our driveway in March. I have been giving the code to our yard men and other contractors who need access to our back yard.
It wasn't until after the scheduled pest control spray in May that we realized Nature's Pest had not called us for the gate code. How could they spray the perimeter of the house and garage if they couldn't get in to the back yard?
We got a call from them on Saturday, June 1st, saying they would be out between 3 and 5 to spray for bugs. We made sure we were home and that our cell phones were on us in case someone called to get the code. We waited, but no one came or called to say why they didn't come. They didn't call or come on Monday either. But on Tuesday, I received a notice that they had charged our credit card for the service.
I called them this morning and explained how upset I was. We are often not at home when they come to spray. Who knows how many months we have been paying $70 for them to call and say they would be coming to perform a service that they had no intention of performing? The employee I spoke to apologized and said she would report the problem to the company president and that she would credit my account for the last two months.
I cancelled the pest control contract, but I am stuck with this company for the cleaning and maintenance of the mosquito misting system until I can find a more reputable company to to that job for me. I will attempt to spray for bugs myself. I feel very betrayed and angry.
I had a coupon that there ended up being a big mix up for, but they were gracious and did everything they could to straighten it out, including offering a discount on services to make up for the inconvenience.
