Gilbert Galinato was superb in repair and correct some wiring issues and panel box issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issues. He also answered all our questions about the work being performed. Mr. Electric's office staff were also courteous and quickly set up an appointment within 24 hours.

They did a great job with this project (actually three projects). They were very professional. They prepped the area and then cleaned up after themselves. The new fixtures and switch looked as if they had been there since the house was built. I would use them again if needed.

I had used Mr. Electric in Ohio just before moving here and was very pleased as to price and work. On this recent job I thought the bid a bit pricey for the work involved. After the work was completed the GFCI was shutting of even when not being used. I had to recall and had to wait several days for service. The second gentleman came (Louis) and found the ground wire was not secure, made the repair end made sure it was working properly before he left. So all well that ends well. Seemed very honest

Using Home Advisor was very easy. Received a response within 30 minutes. Setting the appointment with Mr. Electric was easy and they were available on Saturday which was a plus. The electrician arrived on schedule and was very courteous. Long story short, the electrician drilled a hole thru the bathroom wall instead of the bedroom causing damage. He was very apologetic and said the company would take care of fixing the problem. He said he would report the incident immediately and someone would call me Monday morning. I waited until around 10am and called them. The woman I spoke with confirmed they would take care of the issue and she would call me back when she could set the appointment. When Thursday came and I didn't hear back from her, I called again and was told she was working on it and would call me. On Friday, I called to get an update and was told it would definitely be Monday, but they would confirm a little later. Since I had to take off work to be at the house, I would have hoped for more timely communication from their office. They were eager they were to book my appointment for new business, but their follow-up to damage caused was very poor. The electrician that came to repair the damage to the bathroom was prompt and very friendly. He repaired the wall in no time and it looks great. Despite this first experience, I am willing to use there service again.

I needed 3 outlets in the garage hooked up to a subpanel. All wires were ran and outlets already installed. All I needed was the wires to be hooked into the breaker box. I had Universal Home Experts out earlier in the day and gave me an estimate of over $1000.00 just to hook up 3 wires to breakers in box, plus charged me a 59.00 trip charge. Trying to sell me additional stuff. Another John Moore!!! Ridiculous. Why anyone would use this company is beyond me. Rip OFFS!!! Disgusted I went on line to home advisor and ask for a electrical quote. Mr Electric called and sent out one of their technicians. Mr. Luis Baires from the company came early afternoon and did an estimate for me. He was honest and quoted me fairly for doing the job. I hired him on the spot. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional. Completed the job in a timely manner and took pride in his work. I have now found an electrician that I will use in the future. It is refreshing to find a company that will do small jobs as well as the large and charge you fairly for the work and not rob you blind. They have a customer for life.
