The cleaning team did a good job. However, trying to get anything extra done or done differently was impossible. Phone calls (if I was lucky enough to get the local office as opposed to the national answering service) was like talking to a pet - very nice and agreeavble and nothing happended despite what had been agreed to . On the second to last call, I told the woman who answered that if I had to call again, it would be to cancel service. I cancelled the service. Getting my house-key back was another ordeal. This company is not well managed.

I think they were too expensive so I stopped using them. Sometimes, their work was a little hit or miss, also.

The team cleaning my house is almost never on time. Several months ago I asked for a different team and a different time slot to make sure that the team showed up on time. Last month they showed up three hours late. This month they showed up four hours late, right when I was ready to cook dinner for my family. The cleaning team's response to their tardiness was that they didn't think I cared if they were late. Ridiculous, given the number of times I have called to complain about that very thing. Other reasons I have chosen to take my business elsewhere, they have left my house unlocked at least once before and have forgotten to arm my alarm once before as well. The cleaning teams don't seem to care about their customers and the office staff either have no control over how the teams perform or don't care to exercise control.

They are friendly, timely, worth the money, peace of mind, and accommodating.

It has been working well for her. I used a coupon from Angie's List for Molly Maid. She has been happy with them.

They did a deep cleaning. They did a good job, and I would use them again in the future.

All work was done professionally and as agreed in my contract for monthly service. I am single and living alone and the work was done previously without me in attendance and the same high quality standard was evident. One item was broken during one of the cleaning sessions and they reported it to me and left a number to report the problem if required. So far, I am very pleased and this is my third cleaning service with them. I have had another service that was not consistent.

The owner of the franchise came out the same day that I called to set up an estimate and a time that the ladies would come clean the apartment. He was very thorough about explaining exactly how they clean the apartment and what materials they use. Since the following week was a holiday week and therefore a shortened weekend, he made an effort to schedule the ladies to come for their first cleaning the next day, Saturday so as to at least get the thorough clean done in preparation for my guests. The ladies came at 8:30 on Saturday morning and were very thorough. They cleaned everything and even took out some empty boxes that needed to be thrown away along with the trash. It took them exactly 2 hours and it was SOOOO nice to have a clean home for the 4th of July weekend!! I truly appreciate their professionalism and look forward to having them come on a regular basis for a long time to come to help me stay on top of my house. I have 2 jobs and travel quite a lot and there is nothing nicer than to come home to a clean apartment!!

An evaluator came to my apartment and went through options. The cleaners come in pairs and bring all their own cleaning items, including colour coded cleaning cloths so they don't cross contaminate. They come every two weeks and my apartment looks wonderful after every clean.

The maids spent about 1 1/2 hours upstairs, approximately 3 hours total on the job. We trusted that the maids were doing what we were paying them to do, so we left them alone which turned out to be a big mistake. At first, when they annouced that they had completed the cleaning everything appeared to be fine and we paid the nearly $350 tab. However, after they left we started finding all the things that had not been cleaned (which was nearly everything). Neither of the beds, the loveseat, sofa, coffee table, in tables, recliners, or any of the furniture had been moved and the floors underneath cleaned. The maids had simply swept around anything that had been sitting on the floor. They also failed to dust the floor boards, most of the furniture, the living room shelves, the fireplace mantle, and only partially dusted the coffee table. My mom noticed when she came up the stairs, which is eye-level with the master bedroom floor, that the master bedroom had not been swept. In my own room, the maids appeared to have dusted around the books on the shelves and had not dusted the top shelf at all. Needless to say we were more than a little angry and frustrated that the house was not cleaned. My mom and I realized that we could have done better than the maids did. My mom decided place a stop-payment of the check she had given them and called Molly Maid of Midtown and Galleria to leave a very long complaint message. When mom did not here back from Molly Maid in the morning, she called them again. She explained to them about the lack of service received and the poor quality of the work. Molly Maid kept insisting that the work was done and that the price for the services was justified. When they learned from my mom that she had put a stop payment of the check, they told her that they were going to charge her $25 for insuffient funds on the check and charge the service fee to mom's debit card that they had on file. Mom had me cancel her debit card while she had Molly Maid on the phone. Eventually, she spoke with a manager at Molly Maid whom also argued with her on the phone regarding the service fees. The manager, Erika, then insisted that we let another team come by to "reclean" the house even though mom kept telling her "no" and that we had to pick up our relatives at the airport within an hour. Later in the day, Erika called us back on my cell phone and told us that she had spoken to the business owner. He had agreed with us that the job should not have taken over 3 hours to complete and said that if we paid approx. $118 and some change then we would be even. Mom went ahead and paid that amount even though we both felt that we should not have paid anything at all. This was the first time we had opted to have a maid service help us out. Both of us are disabled and my father has been ill for years, and we just wanted to be able to relax when our guests arrived. This was a lousy experience for both of us and we hope that the next maid service can make up for it.

We used Molly Maids because our regular maid wasn't able to come that week and we wanted to make sure our house got cleaned in the meantime. I told the person on the phone that we did not need a deep cleaning just a routine cleaning since our regular maid would be coming again in 2 weeks. Her response was that they do the same cleaning no matter what. So I said okay thinking that they'd get to the house and see that it only needed a routine cleaning so it wouldn't take them as long. They ended up sending 3 cleaning ladies instead of the 2 that I was told would show up on the phone and it still took them 3 hours at $80/hour to do what looked like a routine cleaning to me. It was not a deep cleaning, they did not go above and beyond. They left clean dishes in the sink, didn't dust fans or hard to reach spots and showed up at the very end of the time window that I was quoted. It was a huge rip off and I will never use them again.

I interviewed Molly Maids of Midtown after my long-tenured maid retired. Although the appointment date and time of the interview was set a week in advance, it had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue. I was very pleased however, when the owner of this franchise appeared at my door to conduct the initial visit. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with my time. I signed an agreement to have his team clean my home the following week. The team appeared and provided excellent service. I am now a routine customer.

Overall I'm pleased. My once exception is my floors. I have all wood and tile. I'm not entirely pleased with their cleaning method which uses a vacuum to pick up dirt. Then they follow up with a "Swiffer" type cleaning method of a cloth pad attached to a mop head. I've come in while they sprayed a solution then used the cloth pad to essentially wipe it up. My floors always feel tacky and upon walking on them my feet look dirty. I have a dog and a very active family but I expect clean floors immediately after their departure. I've called and seen some improvement but I would still prefer a traditional mop and bucket. I just feel like it would be cleaner.

They are really nice people. I feel very comfortable with them being in my house even if I am not there. They are very thorough and the products they used smell wonderful. They publish a schedule of cleaning so I know exactly what will be cleaned each time they come.

I think the price is about average and I’m satisfied with them.

They charge me $69 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. I continue using them because I think they do a good job.

They were always prompt and always came at the appointed time. They sent a text message the day before to remind me. They did extra little things that were very thoughtful such as leaving a poinsettia at Christmas and things like that. They were generally very pleasant. They had a very pleasant staff. There was always something that didn't get cleaned or one thing that was overlooked and it was because there was a lot of change. It wasn't always the same people. One person was normally the same but the other person with her was different each time. They just didn't get into the routine. Judging from the price we had to pay and always having to call to report these things, it was becoming more of a hassle and not worth our money. I stopped using them but I would consider using them again if they had a card which I discussed with them. We didn't feel we got the quality for the price.

Hired Molly Maids for a move-out apartment cleaning on the recommendation of the apartment/loft manager. They weren't on schedule but it didn't really matter to me as I had already moved out, wasn't on the premises and had allowed an extra day to inspect the apartment prior to turning it over. They did everything I asked them to do and it must have been enough because I got my full deposit back. The two ladies didn't really speak much english, but I managed to communicate with them when I dropped by to inspect after they finished. They were very pleasant and friendly. I felt bad not tipping them much, but the cost was already kind of high for a 900 sq ft apartment. I always say your best buy in cleaning is a direct relationship with a single housekeeper that isn't provided by a company...you're paying her plus the supervisors. Recommendations from neighbors, etc are best. Even if you can't hire "their" housekeeper...she often knows of someone who needs employment.

The maids were punctual, called 30 minutes prior to arriving to inform us, and worked hard the entire time while responded well to direction. They vacuumed, cleaned the bathrooms, polished wood paneling and ceiling fans, floorboards, etc. I have used the service several times. The only downside is the cost, which is on the high end.

Cleaning team called before they came, arrived on time, performed services adequately and quickly. They are dependable. I especially appreciated that the owner comes out initially to give the estimate.

They are very good. They got a supervisor to come in and check on everything. I am very satisfied.

I received a call from Tony Kirby, a principle in the company, almost immediately upon sending an email (within 3 hours). He visited me at my home, came up with an excellent plan, and agreed to the price. They are bit high to some others, but extremely professional and reliable.

This is second time we have used these people - should have learned from 1st. Missed or badly vacuumed carpets; used dirty water to wash floors or didn't bother cleaning trim boards (left dirty). Didn't vacuum well (lint left on rugs) - ignored stairs. Did house in 1 hour 15 mins - quick considering size. Offered to redo whole house once we complained but why should we have to police their performance. They left the bag of trash in the flower beds! Company representative offered to send out a team to totally redo - I asked for some refund instead as we didn't want them in the house - he said his boss would get back to me - no response. My question is - why is it necessary to oversee these service companies in detail - it defeats the purpose.
