Cesar is the biggest crook in the fencing business. Please stay away from this man. I paid him $22,000 to put a 12 feet metal fence around my 0.7 acres lot. The fence flew off at the first hurricane. Instead of putting the fence 2.5 feet in the ground he only put it 1 ft instead. The whole fence went down and it's going to cost a lot more money to fix now. Take a look at the picture that I included. He only answered his phone one time and after I told him so he said he's going there to take a look at this and since then I never heard from him nor is he picking up his phone anymore. Stay away from this man trust me on that

Fence was installed fairly quickly. The patio gate needed some adjustment. A couple days later, Cesar came back and solved the problem. I am happy with the customized fence and gate.

I used Cesar to install an automatic gate opener on my dual gate in my home. He was responsive before he was paid for the work and I was constantly told about the one year warranty that he would provide if anything went wrong with the opener. Unfortunately, one month after his installation, the opener completely stopped working. I called him numerous times from my phone number, but to no avail. Then I called from my office phone and he picked up. When he realized it was me, he said, and quot;okay what is wrong with your opener.and quot; He said it as if he already knew why I was calling. I told him that it was beeping at me and no longer working and he said he would come out to look at it the following day. He did not show up and is now avoiding calls from both my phone and my work phone.

Stay away from Cesar, trust me. He will do a shoddy job and then will not return any of your phone calls in the near sure event that something goes wrong with his work.

There's is no other recourse I have against him except for Angieslist. I am glad that I at least have this resource to report his unprofessionalism and refusal to maintain his warranty.

Cesar is a delightful human being, honest, prompt, and efficient. I will use him again and recommend him. Price was very reasonable.

I found this company on thegreensheet.com. I called Cesar this morning and he immediately answered the phone. I explained the problems I was having with my gate and requested an estimate. He said he would be happy to do so and asked me to text him my address. He was very good at communicating with me via text and phone. We coordinated and agreed on a meeting time the same day. Cesar arrived on time. We discussed various repair options. Cesar gave me an estimate on the spot. He said it would take two hours and he could start immediately if I wanted to.
I went ahead and accepted his offer, and he started the work.
Due to ground settlement my gate has been dragging on the ground. He removed the old hinges and welded new hinges higher up so that the gate would clear the ground and open and close easily.
While he was working he was not hesitant to ask me about any concerns that came up while he was working. We carefully discussed placement of the new hinges and collaborated on how much ground clearance we should maintain, considering that we have a dog.
He completed the work to my satisfaction. He promised that if I had any issues with the work to please call him and he would take care of any issues.
When he was done all tools and trash were removed and everything looks good!
