They were prompt and installed the charging station per the instruction provided. Going on 10 months of use and no problems. They were very neat, courteous and did a good job.

Did not call to get quotes which was a mistake. They changed out a wall plug in and changed $200.00 I had another electoral company replace the same type of plug in and they changed $85.00

Technician was welled qualified. I had some outlets that were not working and he explained what I needed to do in the future to help with any further problems. He tightened up all the wiring to my outside electrical panel. I will use their service again if any other problems arise.

The dispatchers, the appointment team as well as the technician Randy G, at the Spring location re extremely competent and take pride in the work that they do and the service they provide. From the moment they answer the phone until Randy left I knew I was with the right company. I had a whole house surge protector put in. Randy was on time as promised, called to let me know he was on the way, was very neat in putting the device and cleaned up thoroughly. The warranty of the company that they use is among the best in the industry with fewer liability limits than most and higher total protection amount than anyone else I contacted. I have recommended them to my neighbors and will use them for any and all future electrical work. Im working with another major company on a product issue now and they could stand to take some lessons from Mr. Sparky. I have learned it is better to work with smaller companies because the larger ones tend to hide behind policy. At Mr. Sparky they know that the quality of their work and service is critical to their success.

We lost electricity to air conditioning, all appliances and some outlets. I called them at 7 PM. They promised to be out at 7 am. They were here,diagnosed the problem ( a major line had neen nicked two weeks eatlier when we needed a new sewer installed). The diggers, Centerpoint crews, and electricians (Sean) were here working until 4pm. Line replaced and power restored by 4pm. We were due to leave on a vacation the next day and a delay would have been costly in cancellations, etc. Mr. Sparky's team were Champs! They will be doing all our electrical work!!

The tech showed up on time, explained what he would do and how much it would cost, then quickly found the problem and repaired it.

Brandon did a great job of taking care of each aspect of the work. I added more requests as we went along and he jumped right into it. This is who I want doing electrical at my house from now on. They are a bit pricey but well worth it for the level of work and ability to work around my schedule

The customer service is good and the electrician is prompt. But only one “protected"outlet not working which only required clicking the reset button (which I didn’t know about) should not be elaborated into “diagnose” all the outlets of the whole house and the breaker panel and even check all the smoke detectors in the house. That caused me an arm and a leg. I would say this “diagnostic policy” is a huge rip-off of the customers. Suppose I have a tiny cut in my finger, do I need to go through ultrasound/cad-scan/MRI? I definitely recommend this company to anyone!

They wereon time and that says a lot about who they are as a company.

They were too "all or nothing". I just wanted to know (in one instance) if the outlet was simply loose behind the plate. But they would not remove the plate...they insisted the whole circuit be checked at a very high price ..over $500.
