MICRO CENTER

I'm quite happy. I think they are the best in all of Houston. I will absolutely use them again, no question. The quality of the people who do the initial evaluation I think they are really outstanding. They made a recommendation of something to do. I paid for it and it didn't work and they refunded everything including the price of the initial consultation. That is fabulous. They were done in three days. The workers were fine, knowledgeable, efficient, and super.

I had downloaded some software in my computer that had some bugs in it and so it needed to get them to take all the malware out which they did a really good job and they were timely. They basically accomplished it in the time that they said that they would. There were changes that they had made in my system that they didn't really discuss with and I wasn't necessarily upset about the changes that I didn't know. Once I got the compute home and started trying to get into it, it was just kind of less experienced, so that was the only complaint that I had. I guess if I were to go back I would want them to be a little more forthcoming for me as the user as to what I need to be aware of what's going to be different like my password and email. It was simple things like that. I think the quality is pretty good.

I brought a MacBook into Micro Center and they changed out the RAM for me.  I first purchased the RAM at the counter labeled Build Your Own Computer, but unfortunately they sold me the incorrect RAM.  The service desk was quick to exchange it for me and installed it in a matter of minutes.  They were prompt, courteous, and did a great job.

I dropped off my computer at about 4 PM on a Saturday, and by 7 PM a tech called back and said they checked my computer and I needed a replacement screen. He informed me that they could get one through Apple for about $600 plus $60 for installation. The tech recommended searching on the internet for an aftermarket screen. I took his advice and found one for $350, ordered it and took it in for installation, saving about $250. The installation was done within hours of dropping off the screen. All in all, very professional, quick and the advice and willingness to install an aftermarket screen showed a definite commitment to customer satisfaction.

Micro Center is a small chain and they are very knowledgable there. I go there for other computer equipment as well. I am pleased with their service and I will continue to use Micro Center.

The experience went very good. It was very easy to find what you are looking for and there is always help available. The price was good.

THEY KNEW THE EXACT SPECIFICATIONS OF THE MONITOR THAT WAS REQUIRED. THEY HAD THE ITEM IN STOCK AND IT WAS AVAILABLE THE SAME DAY.

MY PC WAS RETURNED LATER THAN EXPECTED BUT THE SERVICE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. THE STORE IS CLOSE TO MY WORKPLACE.

SERVICE AND WORK WAS PERFECT. MY COMPUTER WAS RETURNED ON-TIME AND RUNS PERFECTLY NOW.
