Their price was high. Rita, my cleaning girl was wonderful - although she hadn't been cleaning under my bed. She did a good job otherwise and was real sweet. However the price was too high and I let my contract expire.

I absolutely needed the cleaning to be done within 2 days after scheduling it. Several other cleaning services could not provide services for at least one to two weeks. When I called Marry Maids at a nearby location, they transferred me to another office, saying my address was in their service area. That office then said the charges would be 450.00 to have cleaning done within two days. I reluctantly agreed, and of course they required payment ahead of time. The cleaning individual arrived on time the following day. I could not be present, so I had someone there on my behalf. Two hours after the lady arrived, nothing in the house had been cleaned. No vacuuming, no bathrooms, no floors mopped. The cleaning person spent the time outside the house, smoking and talking on her mobile phone. Before leaving she said that the house was too dirty for her to do anything, that the office agreed with her, and she left. Afterwards, I personally verified myself that no cleaning had been performed.

They are on again, off again. I have used them more than once. They don't really clean to my satisfaction, but they are reliable and they seem to have good people working for them. The ones that have been here have been very honest. It just depends on which ones they send. Some clean better than others. Sometimes I am okay with it and sometimes I am not happy with them.

I don't use them anymore. I love the fact that what they do is they were going to clean the house, then each week I would check out the cleaning in a certain area. I liked that, but the house never felt clean. They have a guarantee that says if the customer is not pleased with the cleaning, call them back, and they will redo it. I called them back, and they said they will send out a specialist team to make sure that they are doing it correct. They did it, and they charged me for it. They are very polite and very professional; but they just didn't do really a good job. They are expensive. I won't mind paying, if they did a good work. They are good people.
