Description of Work: He checked out the A/C and heating system and told me that there were no problems and that it was working well. He did tell me that my system was over 15 years old and that it was therefore past the average lifespan of a system. He did give me some warning signs that may fortell its demise. When I do need a system, I'll call McGregory A/C and Heating for sure.

Description of Work: Bad freon leak, requiring approx. 7 lbs of freon @ $50/lb, which is a competitive rate for freon. 11-12+ yr old Trane 19 HVAC, will need to replace; hopefully it will last through summer. Diagnosed, replaced freon, and spliced cut wires to outside unit.

Description of Work: McGregory A/C answered my emails right away and gave me a better estimate than several other companies. He came out the next day to measure for an air handler even though it was a holiday. The air handler was not available until Monday & they were there on time for the installation. My house is older and the space for the air handler is tight but in order not to do an damage to the wood trim and sheetrock, the old air handler was taken out in pieces and I truly appreciated that. The crew was efficent and the new air handler was installed and running within the time frame quoted by Mr. McGregory. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
