Very knowledgeable in troubleshooting our HVAC systems. Incredibly fast response and great customer service. Highly recommended for servicing Lennox units.

Dennis found the problem quickly, fixed it quickly and the AC was back to normal. The entire service visit took less than an hour. Dennis explained what the problem was and he had a replacement part on hand. I would definitely call him again if another problem creeps up.

We agree with all the glowing reviews McGregory AC & Heating received from other consumers, they are outstanding. Our thermostat started malfunctioning intermittently, we called and talked to TRANE, the manufacturer who suggested it might be due to the wiring or voltage between the unit and the transformer in the attic. With that in mind, I reviewed all the "A" A/C contractors on A.L. and narrowed it down to three with "A" rating. Only one of which had TRANE listed in their profile. The 1st one I called they claimed they serviced that brand and said a technician would call as I requested. But they never called back. I left a msg on the 2nd contractor and within 3 mins Dennis McGregory returned my call. He confirmed that they deal with that brand. I explained the problem to him and he offered to swing by to take a look but we were on our way out. Long story short, he suggested that 2 things could be the culprit and asked my husband to check it out in the attic. As we were leaving and he would be out of town until 4 days later, he even offered to FaceTime with my husband if he couldn't figure out how to do it. When we got home my husband did as he suggested and the thermostat came back alive!!!!! Yeah!! What a guy!!! What an honest and helpful contractor!! We will definitely call him in the future if our A/C breaks down. We'll also recommend this company to all our friends. Thank you Dennis.

Mr McGregory is a man of integrity and he truly cares about his customers. During June of 2017, I hired him to install a new AC unit in my mothers home. He and his team showed up on time and completd the job in a very proffesional manner and we were very happy with the unit and install. However, what I am most impressed is the aftercare we received from him. The coil in the carrier AC unit failed (leak) after 13months. While Carrier provided a new unit, carrier refused to pay for labor even though it was only one month past the labor warranty. Mr McGregory and his team went ahead and replaced the new coil and did not charge my mother for the labor. This saved her a significant amount of money and she was so grateful. Another example of his great customer care, as soon as he heard my mothers AC is no longer working during the heat of Houston’s summer, he came right away and recharged the freon as a temporary fix while we waited for a new coil from Carrier. He went above and beyond for my elderly mother and I feel Mr McGregory is truly a man of integrity and someone who cares about his customers. I plan on recommending him to all my friends and family if they ever need ac/heating services.

These guys are very professional and prompt. They arrived within a couple hours of my phone call and were courteous during the appointment from start to finish. They offered sound advise and were reasonable on their estimate. I will definitely recommend them and will use them again.

They were a little bit argumentative about paying them immediately before waiting to check the system before paying them. I thought that was unnecessary on their part. It got particularly heated about whether do we pay them no or 6 hours after it started working. They were much lower than other companies and that was good.

Went well - it was just a problem with the emergency shut off float valve in the pan, He could have easily blamed it on a whole host of other issues - but it was a simple fix. Dennis was prompt courteous professional and billed me a fair amount.

Wonderfully. McGregory came out on a Saturday within an hour, spent a fair amount of time trying alternative solutions to get the unit working and then got the system up and running. He also gave me potential avenues for a longer-term fix. I have been searching for a go-to HVAC company for many years - I think McGregory will be it.

They did a good job and it was a good price. It took them a couple of days to install it. They were good about explaining what they were doing to me.

Communication via e-mail setting the appointment was honestly a little nervous, but he showed up in a timely manner. Fixed the problem, unclogged the drain and I believe the ac unit was cleaned. Freon was added to the outside unit. The dripping problem is gone and feel better about my unit. Would hire again and recommend!

I called him up, he came and took care of it and that was the end of it. It was a good experience. Pricing was good. Everything was good. Everything works fine and everything was great.

He came out early the next day and found the problem in less than 30 minutes. The run capacitor was not working and the freon was low. After replacing it and adding freon, the upstairs unit was working great. Dennis was very knowledgable & nice to deal with and I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Dennis.

Between the time that I called McGregory and the time that our AC was fixed and the repairman (Dennis) was driving away, it was a total of 40 minutes. Super fast service, especially on a hot Saturday in July! Thanks, Dennis! I'll recommend you to all of the neighbors as well.

He was great. I called to make an appointment for this week and he said he would come out today. He came quickly did the work and told me of something I may need to replace at another time. I will be using him for the fall checkup on my systems. Great rates and very honest!

Dennis was fantastic. His solution to maintaining my existing unit saved me from having to replace the entire unit, which had been the route suggested by another repair company, and thus kept me from spending considerably more money than was necessary. Dennis was timely and friendly. Best A/C service provided that I've ever encountered.

Fixed a heater problem that we had for quite a while (missed by another provider). Did a thorough AC check and added 2lbs of refrigerant. I am very happy that the heater problem is fixed and Denis showed us what to adjust if we have the same problem again. I will definitely use him in the future.

I called Dennis for an AC/heat check and was able to get an appointment right away. He arrived promptly and was very professional. I asked him to check my thermostat also. He told me one of them is off by about 3 degrees. The companies I used previously kept on asking me to replace various parts. Dennis checked everything carefully and told me everything is working fine. I hope he was right and if so, I appreciated his honesty.

Dennis has excellent communication. He texted me in the morning that he was running a bit late due to picking up a part for a different repair. I understand that things come up and this is absolutely the right way to handle this situation. I know almost nothing about A/C units and he could've easily taken advantage of that. As it turns out all he had to do was reset the furnace control board by turning it off and back on (he showed me the switch so I can do it myself if necessary in the future). In addition, the unit he inspected, turned out to read a low coolant amount but was just a dirty filter. Again, could have sold me a bunch of extra stuff and I wouldn't have known any better. I've recommended him before to friends and relatives and would not hesitate to do so again.

He arrived promptly, explained what he believed to be the problem, gave me the cost of fixing it and completed the job all within the hour.
