It went very well. The technician was professional and punctual, arriving at the earliest time - greatly appreciated. My air has been running great ever since. McCann has always done a good job. The only reason I did not give a 5 for quality is the drain is already blocked again.

Excellently. The tech found an issue and repaired it, but the same problem happened a week later. The same tech came out and found an additional problem, which he fixed. Even though I fully expected to pay for the 2nd service call (it was a different issue) he did not charge me. I've used McCann for years to do my semi-annual HVAC check, which is well worth the expense.

McCann was very professional and friendly in all my communications. Lorenzo was on time and very familiar with my unit and problem and had the replacement part on his truck to make the repair. He worked quickly and I had heat again within the hour. I will call McCann again for any further problems.

The service man was on time, handled it well, and was professional..  I've used McCann for the last ten years for annual inspections of A/C and furnaces in my two story house.  In 2008 they replaced both  outside A/C units when one compressor failed.  And that was done very well and at a fair price.

They are very good people. They have been able to take care of my home for the last 10 years, if not 15 years. I'm going to call him again because I will have him look at my air conditioning for the summer. This is a family-owned kind of thing. I called people and asked if they know people who can fix my air conditioner and so it was word of mouth that's why they come. I have never been disappointed. In fact, they do my home and my son's home, and his wife's father's home so the 3 of us are all connected. The quality of their service is very good. They are always here early. We are very happy with them.

It was alright. It was at the time my mother-in-law was still living in the house now its our second home. Unfortunately I got rid of them.  They were alright but unfortunately when my mother-in-law died, we basically gutted the house and I called in another air conditioning guy. They were on the high side. They come out and literally tell you things are wrong that aren't.  They are good at changing stuff out that doesn't need to be changed out.  They always showed up when they were supposed to. I am not thrilled about their services.

The service from McCann Services went excellent, excellent. They are the best. They are unbelievable. They were polite, on time and professional. They called to check up and called back when they were coming and then come and install. They were very courteous, very professional and very trustworthy. We have used them off of Angie's List now for 3 years in a row. The first one was when we put a new air conditioner in. Then we needed a second air conditioner. The amount of business that we have done with them for the last 2 or 3 years has been about 17000 dollars. They were priced better than anybody else. They did the work so efficiently, quickly and politely. They were willing to come out if we had a question about something or we didn't know how to work the thermostat. They are really 'A' plus on everything. I would give them like 3 'A's on price. They are very well worth the competition in price. They really strive to sort of be fair. They are excellent in everything. I would give them an 'A' grade on everything. I have referred them to so many people.

These are great people! You can rely on someone answering your phone call, it seems like 24/7, and quick call back as soon as office opens if no emergency. If emergency, they offer after hours service very promptly. Millie, a friendly voice, pleasantly handles phone calls, pleasantly and patiently listening to your problem and getting help to you ASAP.
I've had service from them over the years, and this recent service was no big deal except I had already purchased a thermostat which did'nt fit where the previous one was in and tech had to drill new holes in order replace. I also was unsure that the thermostat was my only problem.
Previous to this call, Jason responded to a query about an A/C problem that had been told  would require replacing entire unit and run several thousand dollars. He gave a quote, (not knowing I had another), which was a good bit lower, but added that it wasn't necessary to replace the whole unit to fix my particular problem, but could do that for $2,500. This convinced me that I was dealing with honest, reputable people and won me over as a loyal customer.

We had been dealing with a nightmare associated with another HVAC/Electrical company that had virtually destroyed our house while installing a system that was poorly conveived, poorly installed, failed inspection, and never worked.  We ultimately had the provider remove all equipment from our home.  McCann took over.  They installed a new system, designed all of the ductwork, and the system now works perfectly.  Jason McCann is the consummate professional and his head installer, Alex, was a pleasure to work with.  I would recommend McCann to anyone with HVAC needs.

We had the most honest service from them. They were unbelievable. They had the best pricing. They have the nicest and cleanest service people. They do not use scare tactics and will be very honest with you. They were very quiet, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. If all service providers were like them the world would be a better place.
