Mc Pool Plastering

We hired MC Pool and Plastering in early March. We paid half of the money up front. They showed up maybe four days total to "work". After about a month, we started getting all sorts of excuses. They eventually stopped working completely. We have not had any response from this company since June 6. We have given them more than enough time to finish. They choose to ignore us. Calls, texts and emails go unanswered. This is the WORST company ever to do business with. Beware, they may just close this one and open up under a different name. Mayra Chavez and Oscar Castro are CROOKS! Do yourself a favor, and hire someone else.

Southern Grouts and Mortars (SGM) Diamond Brite Midnight Blue. Our pool was drained 6/20/16 and 7/6/16 pool was re-plastered. After the "start-up process" (we paid MC Pool to perform) the surface seemed to have yellow/green discoloration in places. Approx 1.5 months after applying the Diamond Brite MC Pool drained the pool and power washed - immediately the Diamond Brite Midnight Blue color looked awesome like the sample. However about 1 month later the Diamond Brite Midnight Blue discolored again like before it was drained and power washed. It is my understanding that the Diamond Brite pool plaster was not supposed to "change colors". Asked MC Pool to supply me with the information I need from them to complete the SGM - Southern Grouts and Mortars warranty registration - Mc Pool Plastering has not supplied to me. The job that was promised in 2-3 weeks took 7 week. Sometimes they would not show up for a week, Very unprofessional, poor communication, things that were paid for was not done, our yard was a disaster after they finished, even though they said, "We will treat your home as if it was our own". Contractors would show up and not know what to do. We had to call them because their guys would throw there trash in the pool. Asking for money before job was competed. We will never refer this company to anybody. We had to empty our newly plastered pool because their start up person never checked any chemical levels in the pool just started to dump stuff in there. We had our own pool service do the startup, They worked about two weeks to get it up to par.

Work was decent but responsiveness was very poor
