Both my Bradford White water heaters started to leak at the same time after about 8 years. I called Huggo at Marvin's Remodeling (Marvin is his middle name he told me), because I had used him a couple of years before (a friend referred him). He came out the next day at the agreed upon time and provided an estimate to replace my water heaters. He went over a few options such as a tankless system and a water heater with a longer warranty. He uses the Rheem brand. I decided on two 40 gal Rheem professional Classic series with a 6 year warranty, two new drain pans, and new plumbing including cold water shut-off lever valves on the cold water side. He arrived the next morning within 15 minutes of the agreed upon time with his crew and began work. They laid down tarps over the floors and stairs to protect them. My water heaters are in the attic. The work was done in 3-4 hours. Huggo and his crew were both courteous and professional.
