M&M did a great job. Along with the periodic inspection, they repaired areas that could lead to problems later. They are also one of the few companies equipped to service the roof of a 3 story building. Several days later, after the inspection, I asked M&M to check the vents of two water heaters that had been replaced by another company who's subcontracted roofer had not done the job right the first time. M&M's inspection of the other company's subcontracted roofer gave me the peace of mind I needed. Call M&M for your peace of mind.

I would highly recommend M&M Roofing, Siding & Windows. Travis Diekmann was extremely helpful and professional. I returned from vacation to find a leak in a spare bedroom from all the rain in mid-March. They had performed a repair for me around some flashing about a year ago and I was very satisfied with the work and reasonable price. Travis always comes out to inspect before I pay for anything. If he is not satisfied, he sends someone out to replace more shingles and complete the repair to his satisfaction. A week after the repair was complete, a very large tree limb fell due to the high winds and storms in southwest Houston - falling on my garage and caused more damage. He handled that as well, again, making a trip out to be sure all the repairs were done properly so no leaks would occur in the future.

The work started sooner than I had anticipated and took approximately three weeks to complete which was weeks ahead of the schedule. My original contact, Steve, told me when I had asked about their quality control, that he would be there several times per week to ensure proper quality control. As promised Steve visited with me several times a week and we both walked the perimeter of the house. As it turned out I did not have many areas of concern but if I did they were handled immediately. They arrived when scheduled. They were able to complete removal of old roof and replacement of new roof in two days. They also installed radiant barrier under shingles. This added $2000 to cost of roof, but expect to recoup some of this cost with savings on utilities. The crew did a great job of cleaning up after job completion. Company representative was clear and up front about what to expect during bid process. He showed up both days to check in with crew and installation progress. Would use them again.

M & M did a partial roof several years ago. While Chris Manson was not responsive I found the repair good. I had a leak and Chris left town on vacation without putting a tarp over the leak so it rained several times which exacerbated the problem. I recently had another leak on a different part of the roof and called him to come out and look at the roof. He said he had repaired several roofs in the area and was familiar with the problem. He sent me a quote for replacing that portion of the roof which came to $3,360.00. I called my insurance company and they came out with a contractor and looked at the roof. The roof was in good condition so they then said they would have an engineer determine where the water was coming. A structural engineer did and assessment and submitted a report. He agreed it wasn't the roof but was the air hawks needed replacing and the stacks resealed. I called Modern Roofing and they replaced the air hawks and shingles around the air hawks, replaced a small place that was not previously repaired corrected, sealed the stacks and charged $ 950.00. On Feb 13th Chris requested the report from the engineer and insurance company, which I sent him. He has never responded and has never honored my request to sit down with me and review my roof. In my previous and current dealings with him I perceive he is chasing the buck and not doing a adequate customer service job. I would never use this company again.

"We spent a lot of time speaking with the customer about the options for her roof. We have done a lot of work in that complex. We determined the shingles were cut short on most the gables and all the shingles nailed too low. We had previously replaced the front section of her roof due to leak issues and the repair worked perfectly. A proposal was presented to her to replace the entire remaining portion of the roof to include replacing all the jacks and vent pipes that would eliminate any issues with them and eliminate the installation issues sighted. She agreed and signed the contract. When it got time for scheduling she decided she did not want a new roof and we let her out of her contract with no penalties. As far as her claims of responsiveness, Chris had been to her house repeatedly, been in her attic to inspect any potential issues twice and did respond to emails/calls. But in any case, I hope you were able to get the leak taken care of by the other contractor and I do apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. I showed them where I was getting water into the attic. They did a check of ALL my vents and did a recommendation for repairs. The crew arrived on time and did all the work in less than an hour. Have checked the roof since to see if leak was back and now ALL DRY. Yes I would hire them again. They are straight forward with you and do an excellent job.

From the beginning to the end it was a good experience. They kept me up to date with ordering to install date. Very flexible with my schedule and they were on time at install date. Crew was respectful of my property and did a great job. The entire job was done in one day, they stayed late to make sure everything was done. The salesman showed up the next day to make sure everything was done correctly and to my expectations.

The work went well. Problem was I was given no heads up when the people would arrive until I heard them on the roof. I got no phone calls telling me when to expect anyone. The roofers bent up my front gutters and was told it would be repaired, but no one came to do it.

The Project Manager (Ms.Crystal Cantu) did an outstanding job regarding the price, material and ownership of my roof. They also cleaned up all the old material around my house. I had a roof leak that was coming into my garage along one wall in three places. It made it hard to pinpoint the problem. Nathan came out and found it right away. There is a "dead valley" on the top of my roof that is hard to see from the ground. There are two channels where rain runs off the roof and into one channel in the dead valley. There was a lot of debris up there along with flashing that had rusted out. M & M Roofing did a great job cleaning out the debris. They cleaned and sealed the flashing with a silicone coating and installed new shingles. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and service that M & M Roofing provided.

I did not hire this company. I was able to get the work completed by a different contractor for several hundred dollars less using the same type of material. I asked Nathan to provide me quotes for 2 different options and he did not provide one of the quotes after I asked again. He was also late for a meeting that had to be rescheduled by him.

The work was performed well as I was very involved in the process. I would say the project manager was helpful at times but also juggling a bit to many projects at the time after Hurricane Harvey, but he would respond and answer my calls. The painting was very carefully done with great input on selection of colors yet still retain that early 1900s charm. Overall like any project we worked some problems along the way, but any change orders were reasonable and when the workers made mistakes the corrections were completed without charge. Other than that I had workers working the house for about 10 weeks so dealing with letting dogs out and the schedule was a minor inconvenience for the outcome of the project. I may pay a bit more but the transformation of the house was amazing with many skilled tradesman putting on their touches to the home.

Worked with Jim to get a roof leak fixed around a valley and some gutter maintenance done. After initially quoting me a ~2 week window when the work would start, they came through the very next day and finished everything. Only time will tell if the repair work took care of everything, but by all accounts that I've read, I believe that M&M will stand by their work and work with me if anything fell short of expectations.
