I would recommend them to be put on "Do not use" list. It was very, very substandard. It was horrible. It was like a wasted $7000. The product was inferior and the installation was inferior. They left glue all over the floor. They left me with some glue remover and said I could fix it myself. I contacted corporate about it. I registered complaints about it. I saw that there was a lawsuit against them for wood that they were using or laminates that were manufactured in China, which is where mine was. I just never followed up on it because I work two jobs and I'm extremely busy. But, the whole thing, was just a bad experience. They did come back and cut out and replace a couple of pieces of wood. For example, in my office, I've got these chairs that have rollers on them. Every time, you push the chair back and it goes on to the wood, it leaves little marks on the wood. It's just very inferior. I would never recommend anyone to use them.

I was very pleased with them! I priced around and I know got a very good price. The crew that did the installation did a great job and they were professional even with a slight language barrier. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone else doing such a project.

Lumber Liquidators is great. Eli took care of the complete installation and made sure that the project was completed on time and in a professional manner. They stuck by their quote which was great since they ended up requiring more floor float material than quoted.The entire team was very professional. My only complaint is minor. They were in a bit of a hurry on the last day and the installers were different than our original group. These guys left some big globs of glue that was not easy to get up, but it is minor compared to how wonderful the whole job turned out.

When we started shopping for flooring, we visited their showroom. The salesmen were very relaxed, not high pressure, and allowed us to browse, answered our questions, and provided us free samples. It was great. It took us a while to decide on what we wanted, but one thing that helped was that they had many of their hardwood selections actually laid on their showroom floor in 5'x5' sections. Really helped to understand how they looked.

The purchase and installation went very smoothly. I literally placed my order on Friday and had the floor installed the following Thursday. They gave me the sale price that was listed when we initially looked (several weeks after the actual sale ended) and even worked to lower the price even a bit more so we could meet our budget. Note that LL seems to have non-stop sales, so I recommend keeping an eye out for their sales. Note that their web site was also useful in keeping track of what was available, what was on sale, how the different floors looked, and providing some buyer reviews.

The LL subcontractor, New Century Flooring, did the initial measurements and installation estimates. They were really good at explaining the install and providing us information that allowed us to customize our project to meet our budget target. They arrived on time at 10 AM and were finished by 4 PM. On thing that was nice was that LL recommended that we purchase unfinished molding and transitions and have the installer stain them. We did that and it saved us at least 500 dollars and was key to us coming in on budget.

We had a couple of issues with New Century Flooring installing the correct transitions, but they came out the following day and fixed it. They could have done a better job at cleanup. They left a couple of water bottles in the front flower bed and failed to really clean the tile floor next to the new wood floor of all of the construction debris. Not a big deal, but required me to clean the floor myself.

The flooring product is name brand and is high quality and LOOKS GREAT!!! My wife loves the floor which is the hand-scraped, engineered hardwood. Overall, this was a very good experience and I think I will use them on our next project.

We went to Lowes, Home Depot, Jacks Carpet, Flooring and Decor, and finally Lumber Liquidators when we were looking for some laminate flooring. Lumber Liquidators had the best options for us and their prices were neck and neck with Floor and Decor. They salesmen were very knowledgeable and never seemed overanxious to make a sale. The salesmen were real nice and even stayed after-hours when we were just browsing for options. With the price, customer service, and flooring options, we went with Lumber Liquidators. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for hard-wood, bamboo, or laminate flooring to check them out.

• Go to the showroom to look at samples.
• Take samples home to make final decision.
• Go back to the showroom to discuss ordering the floor.
• Have installation team out to measure.
• Purchase flooring, trim, etc.
• Schedule the installation via Lumber Liquidators.
• Installation team picks up and delivers the flooring, trim, etc.
• Materials have to sit in your home for at least 24 hours to acclimate.
• Installation team installs the floor.

It was priced better than I expected, delivered promptly and they recommended to me an installer that I did not use. I found one that was cheaper. They had a very good selection, good prices and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave me a good deal.
