I cannot say anything but good about the staff. Long distance movers alliance men came on time, their work was done quickly and carefully. The work process was so coordinated. I worried about it pretty much, but for these guys it isn't a big deal, everything was packed properly and delivered the same way. When moving to another place in TX with all your stuff, not to mention very expensive or just memorable things. I do not know for how long I will live in this apartment, but what can I say for sure is that I won't be so nervous about moving to another place thankfully to this moving company in Texas. I am very grateful to all the staff who have helped me to solve the problem of moving. I wish you success and prosperity. Everyone knows moving is a stressful process and moving companies are notoriously difficult and often late for appointments, slow to move, etc, etc. Well, my movers from another company simply did not show up for my appointment, and after pushing back over and over again throughout my moving day, I found myself surrounded by all my stuff and nobody to move it at 8:00 pm with less than 48 hours left before I had to be out of my apartment. Needless to say, I was freaking out. I looked for movers online and called several that afternoon and night, and being told there was nothing anybody could do because it was the end of the month and everyone was fully booked, I remembered my friend had given me the card of long distance movers alliance. The man who answered must have heard the desperation in my voice because he called some of the movers that were already out, and had them agree to come move me that night. About an hour and a half later, 2 very nice guys (who had obviously been doing moves all day) got to my apartment around 9:40 pm and had my 2 bedroom move finished at midnight. I can only imagine how tired they must have been by that point, but they worked efficiently and were extremely pleasant and friendly. I've moved a few times around in Houston, and these people were the nicest I've ever encountered. I wish I had used long distance movers alliance from the beginning and saved myself the stress of dealing with the other company. Their price was fair and they didn't charge me extra for it being extremely last-minute and their people were nice.

Once Gino and his crew arrived (slightly early, with a heads up), they worked non-stop and did not, to my knowledge, take any breaks. Edwin was indeed right that we only needed one truck.  They were also very thorough in explaining everything to me to the point where I had no additional questions. The crew wrapped all furniture and large items in blankets and special plastic wrap. Nothing was broken or scratched in the least. They finished quicker than estimated, so my bill was actually cheaper than my estimate. Everyone was so professional and efficient; they definitely exceeded my expectations, which were already high. In addition, they always seem to have good work ethic. They concentrate on getting the job done quickly, not spending their sweet time to try and run up the hours. They followed up with us several times before the move, and packed the house quicker than we thought they would. They laid down carpets everywhere, wrapped all of our furniture carefully, and didn't scratch up any of our walls. Moving in went just as smoothly. We were impressed with the tracking process for unpacking and wouldn't leave until everything was accounted for (which we greatly appreciated!). We would recommend them to anyone that needs professional moving service.

The movers were incredibly professional.  The crew showed up five minutes before the time slot, so I pulled up with my Starbucks a bit surprised but pleased. The crew also worked fast. When movers are paid by the hour, I am always afraid that they will lollygag, but that was not the case because I paid a flat rate also. The team moved quickly and was very careful with my things. They also brought extra boxes for my knick knacks. The crew not only unpacked the truck, they insisted on also unpacking my car. They really made my experience easier. When I arrived at my new address I had a couple of deliveries awaiting me that required assembly and the fellows put the items together. Needless to say, I was very happy with their service. I wish all movers were like them! This is not the cheapest company, but often you get what you pay for.  Customer service and quality work go a long way for me. I highly recommend this long distance movers alliance company.

They said they thought they had another 20 mins work and then would be leaving. They eventually arrived at 3.30pm. The journey should have taken 16 hours.When the lads finally turned up at the new address, one had a funny smile hanging out of his mouth which did amuse the new neighbors who had been waiting and living the saga with us. On the positive side the lads did put down blankets to protect my newly laid beige carpets and although there were scuffs up the hallway walls, I'd imagine these are difficult not to cause when moving furniture and can be painted over easily. All in all, one of the most professional company and the cheaper one. I certainly would use them again. If you are going to end up paying GOOD money you may as well get a GOOD company in to do the job in the first place. Long Distance Movers Alliance is the best and recommended to all.
