I have never been more satisfied with a service company as I have been with Lone Star. They are a top notch business!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Fast, extremely courteous, and clean!! David even took the time to vacuum up the shattered glass in my yard!! More than satisfied with this company!! A+++++++ Thank you Monica, Christopher and David!!

It took a while for them to get it done, but they measured it correctly, and replaced it correctly. I am happy with it. The proximity stood out, and several of the other places I called, didn't do that kind of work.

Parts for my car are in short supply and expensive. I needed to replace the windshield. The staff made extra effort to call around and find me a supplier with a lower price. The work was done well and in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and went the extra mile to deliver service and value!

They provided a competitive quote and did an excellent job and were very professional. Highly recommend them.

I called and scheduled an appointment the next day.  They were on time and started right to work and were finished within 1 hour.  Very pleased.

Our car has a lane deviation sensor as part of the review mirror which requires a BMW supplied windshield with a cut-out for that sensor.  Lone Star told us that up front and even offered that we could take it to the dealer to get it repaired as Lone Star would have to order the windshield from the dealer themselves.  We went ahead with Lone Star (took a bit of a chance due to ease of access compared to the dealer) and were very satisfied with the experience. From their receptionists to their sales representative to their repair team, they provided plenty of information to help us prepare, no surprises, and delivered a very professional result.

Called on Monday 06JAN and described the job to replace some broken glass in a window, got an estimate, and scheduled the job for that Friday afternoon 10JAN.  While I was on the phone the rep at Lone Star Glass, I asked about re-caulking all of the windows in my house, and he also gave me the names and phone numbers of a couple of people I could call.
Friday afternoon, no one showed up.  I work, so this was a real inconvenience for me .....
I called back Monday morning and rescheduled the work for Friday afternoon 17JAN.  They called about 20 minutes before arriving to the house to say that they were on their way.  The two workers did a great job of replacing the glass.
I'll give them another try if I need their services again .... after checking their reviews on Angies List to make sure that not showing up isn't a common practice for them, or if what happened with me was just a fluke.

GREAT EXPERIENCE.  WALKED IN, IMMEDIATELY ACKNOWLEDGED AND HELP OFFERED.  I STATED I NEEDED A SMALL MIRROR AND TOLD CHRISTOPHER WHAT SIZE.  HE ASKED WHAT IS WAS GOING TO BE USED FOR AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME WHAT THE BEST MIRROR WAS  FOR THE REQUIREMENTS.  I ALSO NEEDED A REPLACEMENT SWEEP FOR THE SHOWER DOOR.  HE CALLED A PERSON UP FROM THE BACK, GAVE HIM WHAT I WANTED.  IN LESS THAN TEN MINUTES IT WAS GIVEN TO ME, ALONG WITH CLIPS AND SCREWS (AT NO COST) TO ATTACH THE MIRROR TO THE WALL.  ALL EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.   ALL OF THIS AND THEY GAVE ME A 10% DISCOUNT AS A MEMBER OF ANGIE'S LIST.  CAN'T GET BETTER THAN THAT!
