Everything went as planned.

They came on-time and replace the panel in less than 15 minutes. The new panel matches other windows perfectly.

New vehicle wound up having a chip hidden in the blacked out area of the vehicle which we bought the end of November 2011, december weather caused chip to spiderweb so needed to replace... We wound up using them after Dealer refused to help us out.  Service was Excellent, and Job performance top notch.  would definitely use them again in a heartbeat... and may soon have to, new roads have given us new chips...

Lonestar glass was very responsive during the quotation process, patiently allowing us to make changes to the mirror specifications a couple times prior to installation. The installer was punctual, professional and worked quickly to complete the work. The price quoted matched the final bill. We are very satisfied with the customer service and quality of workman ship we received. We highly recommend them. There were no surprises.

They were very responsive to come and board the window while the glass was manufactured. The quality of the work was good and the slight mark down was due to an error in measurement which delayed the installation for a few days after the glass had to be sent back for resizing. Otherwise they were very good!

Been a couple of years, but I recall they worked quickly and confidently, tearing out old material w/o damaging marble tiles then putting in new panels and door so they looked like they had always been there.   Door still swings smoothly, no leaks and panels tight as day they were installed.  Professional work.

Lone Star Glass was scheduled to come to my home on Friday, Jan 23rd in the afternoon. I would be at work that day but my husband offered to stay home and wait for Lone Star.
Lone Star Glass never showed up and when I called their office at five, I only reached their answering machine/service. Their voice message stated that they were open on Saturday so I asked to be contacted to find out what happened. No one called me. I didn?t hear from them until the next week. Although they apologized for not showing, I asked why Lone Star neglected to call me and was
not given a clear reason. They offered to come that day but I explained both my husband and I work and we can?t simply leave when Lone Star is ready to do the work. My husband and I have decided not to have Lone Star do the glass repair, and have worked out better solution.

About a year ago we worked with Lone Star for a custom size table top. Christopher helped me with all of the details and the table top came out great. The service was perfect from the first contact at the store to the payment and delivery. The quality of their service is impeccable and that is why I went back to Lone Star for my glass shelves, shower doors and mirror sliding cabinet doors. Besides being very pleasant to work with, the entire Lone Star team is so knowledgeable and competent that we let our contractor go before he had finished our bathroom because we trusted the Lone Star team could help and guide us in choosing just the perfect options. Their ideas exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be happier!
