The installer did a good job on what he installed, but he didnâ t finish. He probably did 85 %. He worked 5 hrs and had to pick up his kids. He gave me his cell number to communicate w/ me. I thought he had my number; my mistake. I texted him 2 days later and asked when he was coming. He said he was waiting on me to text him. I asked him to text me when he could complete the job That was 8 days ago. He has stopped texting and wonâ t allow calls. He blocked my number. We are very disappointed. We need someone to complete the lights in one side of the house.

We used LiT after we saw them installing Christmas lights for one of our neighbors. They were at our house, installing the lights and garlands w/o interruption to our family, within 48 hours of our booking. We have had the lights since early November and have had no issue. A number of our other neighbors are now also using LiT. Would use again.

We had Christmas lights installed by LIT! So easy to communicate! I texted a picture of our house, and they promptly sent back a plan with options and pricing. The installers were timely and professional. The customer service was great. My husband accidentally cut a cord trimming our bushes, and they came back out to fix it. I will definitely use them next year.

I got LiT this season! The categories donâ t help but I got LiT to install colorful holiday lights on my house and I couldnâ t be happier. LiT did a great job of installing Christmas lights on our house. I reached out to them on Wednesday, I had a contract by Thursday, and lights on my house by Friday night! The install crew did a great job and were very kind and gracious about working until rather late in the evening on Friday to finish the job.

Our neighbor used Lit we saw they did a good job so we called them as well. They responded super quickly, provided us a very detailed quote with two options of bulbs. LED and non LED. We paid the night before and they came on the next day, Super efficient. Nights lights! We love it! They will bring some joy during this difficult time!
