Great that they had emergency availability. However, they did not bring the appropriate equipment to dectect leak, therefore multiple follow-up visits were required. Also, keep in mind that you must confirm your appointment 24hrs before actual appointment, otherwise, they will cancel the appointment. Otherwise, the job to replace the compressor was done as promised.

Got a call from the company 30 minutes before the tech showed. He checked the unit and determined I needed two replacement parts: a capacitor and relay switch. Also cleaned the fins on the cooling unit at no charge.

I had this A/C unit checked by another repairman before I called Lee Thompson Company. He said we needed a new A/C unit and offered to put one in. I decided to check with Lee Thompson Co. after checking Angie's List and I was glad I did.Thank you Angie.

From the start, the quote process was well above and beyond what all the other companies did for the quote. 3 Companies from Angies list quoted a unit that would not even fit in the limited space available. None of the other companies actually calculated the cooling requirements. The process of installation showed the same pride in workmanship as the quote. I could not be happier with the price or the service.

I called Lee Thompson around 11:00 or 12:00, and Stella answered all my questions. Then put me tentatively on the schedule for that day. I called other A/C companies and no one was as informative or personable as Stella. I received a call to let me know the tech would arrive-he was even a few minutes early. The tech Crow, was great. Again, very informative walked us through what might be going on. Crow consulted with me on all my options. We decided to go with the mid-range option. We scheduled the repairs. The workmen showed-up right on time, and the work was completed 2-3 hours earlier than what they had anticipated. It has now been a little over two weeks since the repairs, and our house has an exquisite chill when you enter it. And that is saying alot here in the Texas heat and humidity.

I emailed this company on Sunday to request service. They called me on Monday to find out what I needed. It's $140.00 for a service call but you can sign up for an ESA (Energy Saving Agreement) for 149.00 for a year. It includes semi-annual tune up and cleaning for heating and air conditioning. I agreed the ESA was what I needed given it had been a couple of years since the last maintenance call. They were able to come out the next day and accommodate a late afternoon appointment. They also called me at work and let me know they were 30 minutes from being at my house which was great and gave me time to get there ahead of them. The service man was clean, pleasant and polite, and knowledgeable. I followed him around the whole time and he didn't once seem annoyed and even said he preferred it that way so that explaining things were a lot easier. First he turned the thermostat down so the air would blow for awhile. Then we went in the attic and he put a temp gauge on the ducts while he taped and gooped up the air blower to stem the loss of air up there. Then down to the outside unit where he cleaned about 10 years worth of dirt out, gave it a shot of freon and talked with me about things I can do in between the semi-annual maintenance. Once that was done he checked the air temperature coming out of the registers in all the rooms. He cleaned up after himself and didn't leave trash or tools around.

They were responsive and came out quickly. They did the work immediately. I would use them again.

The technician was on time at 8:00 A.M. and quickly found the problem and fixed it. He checked the system for freon and pressure which was OK with me, but he did not tell me in advance how much it would cost. The cost of the entire repair was reasonable.

It went well.

I chose Lee Thompson Co. for a large job at my residence (replacing both central A/C heating zones top to bottom). I cannot say enough good things about this company. Their people showed up on time, were very proficient in what they did and cleaned up after themselves. The owner (Scott Thompson) came by during the job to make sure we were happy and check on the job progress. This company totally met my expectations.

THIS COMPANY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY CAME IN ON TIME, AND STARTED CHANGING OUT MY AC UNIT AND HEAT. THEY WERE EXTREMELY POLITE. THEY EVEN USED BOOTIES AS TO NOT MESS UP MY FLOOR. HOW MANY PEOPLE CONSIDER THAT?! THEY INSTALLED MY UNIT WITH LITTLE DISRUPTION. THEY WERE CURTIOUS AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN FINISHED (TALK ABOUT EFFICIENT). THEY INSTRUCTED ME ON HOW TO USE MY UNIT AND SAVE THE MOST MONEY I COULD. NOW THAT'S TO MY BENEFIT OVERALL. MR. WARD EXPLAINED WHAT WAS INVOLVED BEFORE THEY STARTED THE JOB, AND THEY CAME THRU 110% AND MORE. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO USE.
