We've used them for many years and are very happy with them.

All of the service technicians were professional, friendly, prompt, and completed the job in the estimated time quoted.

Very rapid work. They even added two float switches missing from the original install at no cost.

Its been a good experience. They are just good.

I bought a plan for about $200 or something, but they keep giving you discounts on parts later. If they put a part or something, you get a discount.

We went ahead and subscribed to their maintenance plan so they give you a discount. They were fine. They are very informative in explaining what they are doing and why. Their responsiveness is very good. They come right out. They are a pretty good outfit. We like them.

The repair experience itself was fine but our air conditioning is less than five years old and we were very disappointed that a part that was far integral and important and a major part would go out without within five years of purchasing a brand new air conditioning unit. It was very distressing to us and we did purchase from The Lee Thompson originally and they were the ones that we bought it from and installed it approximately five years ago. They were very responsive.

We've been using lee Thompson for heater and ac cheap ups for years. They are always timely and provide great service.

Basically a no-call, no-show. They told me they would be here between one and five in the afternoon. I took the afternoon off from work. Five o'clock came and went and we hadn't heard anything, so we went to dinner. The tech called after six and said he was on his way. I said no thanks.

Billy was professional and forthright. Came out on Sunday. Couldn't fix until Monday morning due to part, but he came back first thing Monday. He replaced fan motor.

g new syd to believe beWhat disturbs me is the price. I was quoted 124 on the phone for the service call and diagnosis. I was led to believe this included some sort of service. The fuse replacement was 48 or so leaving about $120 to patch a wire. I have to compliment Carlos was very professional and knowlegable to have found the short so quickly and moreover his honesty as I know dialing 777-7777 will get you a bid on w whole new system no matter what is wrong. Of note Carlos left my side gate open and my 17 year old pomeranian escaped and I was very luchy to find the old boy. Make sure you check the gates if you have pets. The initial charge of 284 was way too high I thought being that Carlos was here 45 minutes with 124 going for the service call 46 for a new fuse and the remaining 120 or so just to patch a wire. I called the service manager to complain and he cut the initial charge beyond the service call in half and called me back in 15 minutes to do it. Definitely call Lee Thompson for your HVAC needs but just pay attention to the additional charges and call the service manager Brett if you have any concerns. I know I couldn't have found that wire in the dark and the end charge was well worth not calling the famous competition who is notorious for bidding new systems to innocent customers. Actually I know there is additional work needed up in the attic he could have tried to sell me on but didn't so exxtra kudos for honesty. That is hard to find these days. Definitely got the impression they are out to repair and not sell like the other guy is. I gave a D on professionalism because of the gate. Update. 4/18/2014 I still haven't received refund promised 14 days ago.

The reps from Lee Thompson were in over their heads and rather than admit that, they blamed the electrical wiring that travels to the breaker box. Consequently I spent $1000 for a new line that was not needed. When the heater still did not work they said there was nothing more they could do. Just leave a wide berth around this company. The next company that came out had it repaired in 30 min - no new wiring was ever needed.

I was VERY happy with the installation. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I've since been very happy with all the service visits. The technicians are always prompt and courteous. I appreciate that they take the time to explain what they are doing and offer tips to help me keep the system running at it's best. I don't even consider looking for another HAVC company.

It went very well. We received a total of eight estimates and The Lee Thompson Co estimate was the lowest, and they stuck to the price after the work was completed. They also cleaned up very well and removed the old evaporator coil. We were very pleased and highly recommend this company to others.

They are very good and honest. They are not the cheapest in town but they fix it and fix it right.

The whole experience was pleasant, from the moment the scheduler answered my call to the moment the technician left our property. An appointment was easy to make. The lady making the schedule gave us a clear time and pointed out that the service tech would show up in a marked van and wearing a uniform. This is always reassuring. He showed up promptly. Gilberto was a splendid fellah. Professional, clean, polite, responsive. He listened carefully to our description of the problem and quickly identified the cause. His van was fully stocked with the necessary parts to make good on the repair and he was thus able to quickly and efficiently complete the job. There was no running off to fetch a part. I had expected to take a half day off work but the whole process was over inside two hours. It was very refreshing to see a local company provide fast and efficient service and, just as importantly, send a civilized professional to carry out what they said they would do in a timely manner. Neither we were subjected to a sales pitch. The tech told us what was wrong and fixed it, without softening us up for a new unit or more extensive work. We selected the Lee Thompson Company after consulting Angie's List and they both did us proud.

Answered call right away and arrived on time. Gilbert is polite and a good listener as well as able to describe the problem logically. He assessed situation and found problem immediately. He took action and repaired the line as well as determining the underlying cause and action necessary to keep it from recurring.

The upstairs AC unit was struggling to keep up with the cooling requirements last summer so we knew that the unit was going to need replacing over the winter. We called three companies for quotes. One quote was $1000 more (although it was for an American Standard unit) and the Lee Thompson quote matched (by coincidence) what another provider was also quoting for the same Lennox unit. I went with Lee Thompson because I really like Chuck Ward, the guy who gave me the quote. On top of being an all round nice guy, he spent time with me so that I fully understood the technical elements of what they recommended the work scope should include. I'm an engineer so he appeared to be "technically competent" in our discussions. The work was scheduled for a Friday, about 2 weeks after Chuck gave me the quote and I was advised to plan for the technicians to be there all day. They arrived on time at 8am and completed the work by lunch time! Two Lee Thompson techicians performed the work (wearing their company shirts) so the work was not subcontracted. Chuck came by on a few occasions to make sure work was progressing as planned. The two technicians were professional and courteous. The guy who worked in the attic, even took time (without asking) to use our vacuum cleaner to clean the carpet underneath the attic steps where some dust had fallen. All round great service, great price, and I will be using their services again.

They are service driven, prompt, personable, and respond quickly to requests for service or even answer questions. I have never had a bad technician. For the record, I replaced all units with Amana (upon Chuck's recommendation). Installation and performance is great. Based on my positive experience, my whole family uses Lee Thompson. We all think they are super!

Excellent experience from initial examination to proposal to completion. Our HOA also uses the Lee Thompson Co to service the clubhouse a/c. Very glad I have an a/c company I can trust and rely on.

Wonderful to work with. The techs were very punctual, friendly, and kept the carpet and floors clean. Scott was so nice to work with and was very responsive to my concerns. I trust what they tell me and feel I got the best service possible.

He explained to me why my house will not be cooled like I would like to be because of the old coils that can't be cleaned. Brent was my service man. The people in the administration are so pleasant to deal with. They are honest, upright and good people. Wonderful company!

I thought is was going to be bad as the company who had been out there the week before (and didn't pick up the phone) had supposedly taken care of rerunning and cleaning out the discharges, but they were full of crud.
