The concrete was laid fine, but the stamped design was lousy and bad. The Office Manager and Owner at first denied the workmanship was not the issue and that these were art designs. We documented over 100 issues with the stamped concrete. The contractors were using old worn out stamps that left breaks and cracks in the design. They also double marked areas. The color was also red/brownish instead of a grey color. The entire job had to be re-done. Instead of breaking up the concrete, the contractor decided to add a thin-set layer to the top and re-stamp. I hope the thin layer lasts. I would not recommend based on my experience. They also did not use any plastic covers and had concrete and color stains on the house siding. They had to have a painter come in and repaint our back side of the house. The owner did come out and did get on to his contractors. They eventually made the repairs to a new job. At the end of the day it looks okay, but not sure if the thin layer will last as long.

I like that they offer financing and i didnt have to pay out of pocket. Fibancing process was super easy. Crew arrived on time and worked fast throughout the day, then came back next morning to finish up. They also did an overlay on my existing patio which turned out pretty good. Only thing is i wish i would have been told that doing the stamped star on the pre existing part was not a good idea. It did end up with some minor details that kind of broke off and although they sent someone to fix it right away, there wasn't much that could be done at that point. However, im still pretty happy with the results and those details are not very obvious unless they are pointed out.

L&L Concrete Contractors did a great job and I would recommend them. They responded quickly to our inquiry, gave a fair price, communicated with us appropriately, did the sealant work as scheduled, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

The work was excellent! We have had several neighbors drop by and inquire about the work. Also, as my elderly uncle's had access issues due to mobility issues, L&L Concrete created a temporary pathway for their use during the time the work was being performed. This really provided a sense of relief for my uncles as they thought they would be home bound the entire time. Angel whom I worked with directly was very attentive and professional when I reached out to him. This was a great experience and I would recommend and use L&L Concrete again.

Lloyd was the only professional who kept his appointment! His price was twice what I expected to pay, but the price was inline for the work he was recommending. Big Boy Concrete Robert failed miserably on returning calls and doing what he said he would do. If he didn't want to mess with the job, say so!

We had a very large driveway and patio that was incorrectly built from the original builder and was becoming a serious hazard due to the uneven surfaces and severe cracking of the concrete slabs. The Owner Lloyd and his wife came over to provide us a quote and suggest ways to achieve vision of what we wanted for the replacement of the concrete to last. We had a lot of great ideas, but Lloyd had to put all of them together, and educate us on what was the best way to accomplish our goals. He really knows how to do that too. We even did our home work to get a few quotes before, and L&L was by far the most professional and “realistic” of the other contractors. Their attention to details and honesty about some of the options that we though we wanted gave us an immediate comfort level with L&L since it was going to be a big and costly job. Lloyd has done this for many, many years and has the experience and the knowledge to do what a is right the first time. Thanks to Lloyd’s suggestions, know-how, we redesigned some things and it really made the finished product extremely functional and the design of it very good to look at too. L&L Concrete’s crew was also very skilled and worked like a well oiled machine. These guys are hard workers, polite, respectful and very clean regarding trash and other construction debris that can get out of hand quickly. Overall, I highly recommend L&L Concrete for any and all of your concrete needs. Their office manager Angel was a pleasure to deal with as well, and communicated with me daily to inform me of anything that needed my attention. From new construction to replacements, L&L Concrete is fantastic. Thank you Lloyd for a great job!

Good. They picked up the area of large bits of debris, but didn't broom clean the street of small debris and dust. (No matter, I spent 10 minutes on it.) Digital communications were a little shaky but in-person was fine. Never did answer a question I had about using a sealant. Happy to have their people on my property. If I had more work, I might not even go out for competing bids.

A extremely professional and awesome job. The workers were prompt each morning and focused on their job which they did with great skill and care. They cleaned up the work site so that we didn't have to worry about a mess being left behind. Definitely recommend these folks to anybody needing concrete work.

I can't say enough good stuff about Lloyd Lozano. What a stand up guy. He's been doing this since 1994, and is still passionate about his work. He really, truly wants to help you improve your outdoor space. I asked my handyman, who was there for the onsite consultation, if everything Lloyd said in his analysis, suggestions, and bid was making sense. Steve said, "100%". Steve doesn't say that about anybody! Lloyd charged a great price, his workers were professional and did a fantastic job, and they knocked it out in 3 days. (I thought the disruption would be 2 weeks). The patio looks fantastic. I recommend L&L Concrete without any hesitation. They made this easy.

L&L responded to my estimate request quickly. We set up a meeting time and they showed up early. The estimate was thorough and fair. The crew showed up the next morning and got to work. Crew was professional and courteous. They worked and completed the job per the estimate. They cleaned up and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Great job done. L&L did excellent, meticulous work to extend our existing patio and add a walkway. Textured stamping was done to our specs, and colorant was applied and refined until the appropriate color match was achieved. Lloyd (the owner) and his assistant Angel made knowledgeable suggestions to improve the project, and had numerous photos of their past completed jobs that helped us into make our concrete and stamping selections. None of the other companies that we interviewed had the expertise or experience to execute properly. There was good communication from the office on progress of the project, and we were updated on when the crew would arrive each day. Crew chief Salvatore was also excellent in checking with us during each phase to make sure that we were satisfied with the progress.

Work went as we discussed and was completed in the expected time. The repairs were done very professionally and when complete the finish was seamless. Also the crews were very respectful of my property and cleaned up after each phase of the job.

L&L did a nice job. They were on time and very responsive to questions and few small issues that came up. They handled things professionally and we would hire them again when we have our second building constructed.

I called on Friday, met them at the job site on Monday to diagnose the problem, they explained what was going on, sent pictures and scheduled the job. They sent videos of the work being done and completed. The video confirmed the problem was indeed as indicated before they got in there digging. They knew what they were talking about, and repaired it.

L & L prompt, organized and always cleaned up at the end of each work day. It took four days for the contractors to make sure area was dry from all the rain, broke up large concrete slab, cleared weeds, laid dirt foundation, poured concrete, cleaned up piles of weeds and got it all done in four days. I recommend L & L Concrete Contractors to anyone who needs an honest company with good workers and fair prices. We had L & L Concrete pour a new driveway and sidewalk ten (10) years ago and there is not one crack in any of that concrete.
