Overall they did a good job. They worked tirelessly to accomplish the job. I would recommend them; however, I checked the work and found some of the laminate on the wall was loose. It was a tough wall and apparently they did not smooth out the surface well enough. Overall, I enjoyed their attentiveness and their willingness to satify the customer. At this point, I would give them a 3-star rating simply because of the issue that has come up. If the laminate had not come loose, I would have given them a five-star. I hope they will come back and re-do the areas that are loose. Thank you.

My experience with Laminate Countertops couldn't have been better. The salesman was on time and experienced. After I picked my countertops to be installed, we set the date for a few days later due to my schedule. The crew that installed the new counters were great. They broke down the old counters quickly and even helped me to take out the sinks since my plumber never showed up. They worked quickly and cleaned as they went. They did a great job but made a horrible mess. They did clean it up a little but still left a mess. The countertops are beautiful though and that is the point.

I shopped around before choosing this company but found their price to be one of the best. They arrived 1-hour late due to having difficulty finding my home. But, it did not create a problem. The quality of the work is one of the best and was done quickly. The walls surrounding the work area needed minor painting after the completion of the work but I was told to expect that prior to the work being done. The company is willing to disconnect appliances to complete their work but does not reconnect the appliances which left me without a sink and stove over the weekend. I feel the company should reconsider this policy.

The installers were very rude to my wife. We wanted a trash chute in the countertop and wanted it laminated. The installers said they did not have enougt laminate to do it. Would have taken 6 inches by 1/2 inch strip. They had to cut out windows frame so bull on not having enough.

Called for a quote on Wednesday and he installed the countertops on Thursday. He did a great job. The whole process took about two hours. Excellent service and the countertops look wonderful.

The bid I received was $530.00 LOWER THAN JS Plastics. Laminate Countertops did the job the following day...had the materials in stock, were very prompt and very professional. They did a GREAT JOB cleaning up after themselves and the work was top-notch. The counters look amazing...WOW...what a difference. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends!

Excellent results. My custom countertop is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Juan Lugo and his crew. They arrived on time as planned and they were very courtesy and knowledgeable. They even cleaned up the mess! The counter top was made onsite and installed all within 4 hours. Awesome!
