They did fair to partial work. We bought the house on a development site & as far as the house, they were efficient, very helpful, clean, & timely. We had problems with HVAC system though. It took about a year to resolve, but they did extend their warranty 2 years. We love the house & it is very eye appealing.

Kimball Hill Homes did an awful job with my home. The doors where hung wrong, the windows leaked, & the air conditioner didn't work. When I would call them, they would not show up until two days after they said they would & that was if they showed up at all. They have never fixed any of the problems. I feel they did a horrible, horrible job.
