My hot water heater had a leak when I bought the house, & it is ruining my floor & the tile on it. They keep saying they are going to come out to fix it &I'm still waiting. I am not impressed with their customer service. They just say one thing & do nothing.

KB Homes showed us models and floor plans and explained the warranties. Their prices were very good and they were great at guiding us through different stages of the home building process. The groundbreaking was scheduled as soon as the permits were available and the home was finished on time. The day was set for the walk through and there were a few minor problems, but they fixed them. The move in was scheduled on time and the house turned out great.
