KB HOMES

My house is a single story, 3-bedroom home that was pre-built by KB Homes & then taken out in 2 pieces & put together here. I am not pleased at all with this house. It is built very cheaply & of poor quality & we have had an enormous amount of problems with the house since we moved in. The window seals blew first, allowing condensation to get down into the sheet rock, the roof leaked, & the framing wasn t put together with proper material. That is just a few of the things that went wrong. We called KB Homes on many occasions to fix things for us; they have not been very responsive. They came to fix the roof & all they did was put some caulking on the shingles. They also checked out the windows & caulked them as well. They did nothing with the sheet rock. The house was not very well put together & the company really lacks in professionalism. There were other incidents where I'd called them & again their favorite thing to do is to caulk everything.

My home is about a year old and we bought it from KB Homes and we have been very pleased with their services. KB Homes built us a single story three-bedroom home and we have no complaints. The house was done on time and the company was very professional to deal with. My home comes with a warranty on some things for 1 year and other more major things are guaranteed for ten years. As of yet we have had not a problem, everything has been great. I have recommended the builders to my friends as I feel they build affordable quality homes.

They are very professional & punctual home builders. My prearranged home was built in just 4 months & everything we asked for was done to our expectations. We are very pleased with our home. We have a two year warranty & we have had no problems to date. K B Homes also looked after our yard for us. They put in some grass seeds & a few trees. Everything looks great & we would certainly recommend them to our friends.
