Eric and roof crew did an excellent job. Had all the important pieces of information with him. License, insurance, bonded. Took pictures before and after job which helped with insurance claim.

Cap, Inc.'s representative, Eric, provided us with a clear understanding of our roof's damage due to normal wear and tear. He did not try to oversell and did offer a veteran's discount. He gave us a written estimate that was honored when there was a delay getting approval from our home warranty company that affected the schedule. The work was accomplished completely and quickly. Clean-up was perfect. We were provided with before and after photos and a detailed paid invoice to facilitate partial reimbursement from our home warranty company. We are completely satisfied and happy to recommend this company.
