I recently had a leak in my home due to a worn-out roof and I called Journey Builders for help. They were quick to respond and solved the problem in no time. Their work was top-notch and my home is now leak-free. I would highly recommend Journey Builders to anyone in need of roof repair.

I had damaged & bent metal shingles that were causing water to pool on my roof, leading to part of my roof rotting. Journey Builders did an excellent job of not only replacing the shingles but also repairing the damaged wood. Great Job!

Called Journey Builders for a leak Iâ ve been experiencing for about a year now. They did an inspection, turns out I had the wrong type of underlayment installed on my roof. Adam found where the leak came from. They were super helpful. Highly recommend!

Manny is such a good person. He made sure that all of my questions were answered before they started working on my roof. He made sure to tell his team to be careful that the debris doesn't ruin my yard. So attentive. I really enjoyed working with him.

Owner is a nice guy. I believe he sent two writers to sub for him. I was given the price of all the new material to be used. Yet they left with several 2x4s that were not used because they used my old ones instead, yet left with ones I paid for. New shingles and a shed extension were added. but different color shingles, not black to match existing ones. Stopped leak but I felt a little hustled with material.

Reasonable price and friendly crew. I enjoyed having them around when they were fixing my roof. I definitely had the â family-businessâ experience.

Adam and his crew showed up on time every single day and made sure to get the project done on time, as scheduled. When they were done, they made sure to clean all the debris before leaving.

I reached out to this Journey Builders after having another company inspect our roof but not providing an estimate after their visit. Adam who inspected my roof brought to my attention several issues with my roof, some of which had never even addressed before. Adam's team was very professional and were very easy to do business with. They fixed my roof (and did a fantastic job with it) and cleaned up after the job was completed. They finished the entire project in two days over the weeked, which saved me the headache of having to call off of work.

When so many roofing businesses tried to charge me for an estimate, I couldn't help but have some doubts at first. But Journey Builders provided me with a free estimate... so I took advantage of it. During that same week, they came over and fixed my roof. The quality of their work has beyond my expectations.

The work that Journey Builders did on my roof was excellent, and it really impressed me. They had a trained staff, and after they were finished, everyone made sure to clean up after themselves. Both the pricing and the work's quality were reasonable. The leak in my roof had been there for years, but I've never gotten around to fixing it since I believed it would be such a major project. My only regret is that I did not call them earlier.

Very professional from start to finish. Highlighted every step of the project from start to finish. They were able to include attic cleanup ( insulation removal, rodent and pest abatement, disinfectant, new insulation with higher R factor, and new hvac flex ducting to help increase efficiency. They also provided seamless guttering where it was necessary instead of full perimeter. We were guided through the process of roofing materials they used and also recommendations for the actual roof tiles/shingles. We opted for the highest rated roof tabs (uv, wind heat deflection etc) along with treated and insulated osb to decrease uvand heat buildup. In short the warranty is 50 years and transferable!!! Very pleased with George who managed this project from start to finish and was always in contact with us every step of the way.

I have a 2 year old and a 9 year old... I was happy to see that every day their crew thoroughly cleaned the job site. They did not leave any refuse. The storage of their materials was orderly and out of the way. They did not present a hazard to my kids who always want to explore and play outside. Not every crew works like this.

So far we have only just hired them but we will keep you posted. Mark is amazing and very knowledgeable. He explained everything from beginning to end for us and made us very happy to partner with them to do our roof.

Have Manny come out to do your estimate very knowledgeable and he is not pushy they showed up on time and cleaned up everything when they were done
