I have used this company for over ten years. In my prior home They have repaired my refrigerator, dryer, washing machine and air conditioning units. They have installed three new air conditioning units that were 20'years old and replaced the evaporator coils in the fourth. They installed a new Thermador oven, microwave unit, dishwsher, and trash compactor, washer and dryer when we updated. They are the very best appliance company available. You will love Jessie Senior and his son Jessie junior. They arrive on time, do the work at a very fair price, and I know it is done right. I just moved to a new home and they gave me some excellent advice on my air conditioning units and cleaned a dryer vent that extended to the roof. I have referred them to all my friends and they say the same. HIRE THIS COMPANY AND FORGET THE REST. I SLEEP BETTER KNOWING I CAN CALL THEM FOR ANY PROBLEMS.

It was excellent. It's a family-owned company, and the father came out on the last visit to answer some of my questions. I'd recommend them to anybody!

Technician was prompt and courteous. They had to order the part, but they fixed it within 2 days. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Price was fair and what was quoted over the phone. Would use again.

I HAD TO CALL THEM THE DAY THE WORK WOULD BE DONE. CALLED TWICE TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT AND NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. WHEN I FINALLY REACHED THE OWNER, HE SAID HE WAS SORRY HE COULDN'T HELP ME IN THE AREA I'M IN. HE WAS RUDE AND VERY UNHELPFUL. HE SEEMED UNCARING OF MY SITUATION EVEN THOUGH I TOOK THE ENTIRE DAY OFF. I TOLD HIM I WOULD FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE BBB.
