The price was competitive with several other quotes from other local installers. They showed up on time and the installation was quick and professional they used name brand parts and everything works as intended. No more dragging out hoses that kink. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

We are usually DIY people, but this time it wasn't happening. We tried to figure out exactly where the leak was coming from, with our sprinkler system, but just couldn't figure it out. We called JB Irrigation and they came right out the SAME DAY! They showed us exactly what needed to repaired and gave us an estimate before the work was ever done. I liked that they educated us on our sprinkler system instead of just fixing it and leaving us to wonder what exactly happened and how can we prevent this in the future. All of the employees were very professional and friendly.

I thought the customer service was great. The owner himself answered the phone. Justin was very nice and explained the entire process from billing and labor costs to the actual services provided for that price. The crew showed up on time, identified the problems, explained it all to me, and then completed the work efficiently. They had everything they needed on hand. I would definitely use JB again.

The crew were very sweet and professional when they showed up to fix our sprinkler system. They thoroughly explained everything and walked us through the check they did, pointed out the broken heads and the ones that needed replacing, and the total cost for the job. All-in-all we were extremely happy with the company and the repair! We will use JB Irrigation again if we have any other troubles with our sprinkler system.

Although I was unhappy with the technicians and their ability to communicate, a little while ago, the owner of this company called me to see what actually happened and why I was so unhappy. We had a nice conversation and reached the opinion that I would change my review because he was trying to do whatever it takes to get my business. I am going to try to reach him to have another service done and we will see how that goes. After our conversation, I am confident it will go well.

I had asked for someone to come out and help me assess problems with my system. I called the owner to clarify that I needed someone that could help me assess the system when the technician showed up. The owner started yelling at me over the phone. The technician replaced the sprinkler and looked at the control panel. He wanted to replace the whole control panel. I did not feel that was needed.

Owner did call me after I posted the review and offered to refund my money or make it right. We did discuss my opinion that the initial call needs to be answered by someone more knowledgeable and that the owner should better handle upset customers on the phone. I did not accept the refund.

Everything went well. They were courteous and competent.

I usually use Allied Sprinkler but they were totally booked because it was the beginning of the season here. They suggested I call JB because they run so many crews. So we set an appointment and they were running late. I had to call into the office and ask when the crew would arrive. They said in about an hour which turned out to be accurate.
The crew got to work and professionally identified all of the leaks and the broken valve. The cost of new parts was pretty reasonable but the hourly rate is a bit higher than I was expecting at $115 - and that's what really kills you on sprinkler repairs. Anyway, they fixed several and I left some other work for the future. But they were very professional and helpful.
I would use this company again, but I still like Allied the best.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to JB and his team for the work they did for me. I was trying to get my house ready to sell and the sprinkler system was broken. I was a new, first-time homeowner and I didn't know any better when I asked my landscaper to install a sprinkler system. Turned out he was a fly-by-night guy and the system wasn't up to code, so when it broke, I couldn't find an irrigation company that was willing to even touch it. Those who were willing to touch it wanted to charge me nearly $10,000 to rip out everything and install an entirely new system.
I was practically distraught. I decided to do a web search for irrigation companies and keep calling until I found one who could help. When I called JB and explained the situation, he said something like and quot;I don't see what the problem is.and quot; He sent out a two-man team to check out my system, they mapped it out and made recommendations - using whatever they could of the existing system, while bringing it up to code and getting it permitted, all for under $2,000.
The two men who did the work were both very professional. They worked diligently throughout the day, taking their time, and I was surprised that they never seemed to be rushing. In the end I had a beautifully working, significantly improved, and totally legal irrigation system....not to mention peace of mind!

My experience with them was good. They are always very prompt. It seems like each time I have called him it's been an emergency, like, a line broke or something. Each time they were there within a couple of hours. They may be a little expensive but it's ok because I wasn't able to price shop when I had water leaking. I was okay with paying a high price because I needed them.

I had the worst experience ever with this company. First they dug up without checking for the existing wiring to the already working 6 zones and ended up chopping the existing wiring at many places. Then they kept on re-digging to fix the wires but ended up chopping more. Finally the job was done 6 hours later than expected however that's when the nightmare started.Right after they left some of the zones stopped working. When I first called them they never answered the phones and never replied to my messages left on their system. After 4 days of trying I finally got hold of the owner who promised to send someone the next week. I explained that my new plants will die if they don't get someone out here soon. When they finally came to fix it (over 2 weeks later), the whole circus started again. They would dig up without being carefull and chop off the existing wiring. So when they fixed zones 4 thru 6, zones 7 and 8 would stop working. This went on for about 2 months during this time they came back 3 times and finally when the zones went out again, I just stopped calling them. I paid a 2nd company $150 to come out (after paying JB Irrigation $2600) and the 2nd company fixed all the issues within 2 hours and asked me if the first guys knew what they were doing because the 2nd guy said this looks like the work of an amature.The people that worked for JB Irrigation were also very dishonest. During the initial visit to quote me the price, the manager said if I give him cash and not tell the company owner he would do the job on the weekend for a few hundre dollars less. Basically he was cheating his company. I said no, I rather go through the company to make sure they stand behind their work, but as I found out I was wrong. The company owner was more dishonest than his people. After cashing my $2600 check they never returned my calls and never fixed the problems. When I first started getting quotes I got prices as low as $1800, but JB Irrigation's web site was so impressive and thorough that I seriously felt that they really were the most knowledgeable people. Even though their quote was $800 more ($2600 total) I went with them because I wanted a quality job. In the end it was not the hight price for a faulty job but weeks and weeks of aggravation that really wore me out. Literally the very next day after they finished the job and took my $2600 check, I had to use a hose to water my front and back yard and this went on for 2 months. I wanted to make sure that my new plants wouldn't die. But just standing each day having to water my yard which I never had to do before because before JB Irrigation came out, my existing sprinkler system worked flawlessly for the rest of the area including the front yard, having to do the watering by hand each and every day while hoping they would come by and fix it really was the most frustrating of all.Needless to say I will never call them or recommend them to anyone again.

Worst experience ever with a repair company. Showed up late and charged me over $500 instead of the estimated price of around $300 over the phone. At one point I walked out to see how it was going and the repairman was sitting there talking on his cell phone. He quickly ended his call and got back to work. Simple PVC connectors that cost 40 cents at Home Depot were on the bill for $4.00. Talking to Bielamowicz over the phone did no good. He was rude and arrogant. I would never use this company again and will not recommend them to anyone else.
