I thought Lee and Julio did a good job.  They were knowedgeable, and courteous.

They agreed to come on a Saturday and were very accommodating as regards a time that was good for us.  They spent quite a bit of time on the job and the charges were reasonable.  The tech was easy to talk to and answered all our questions.  Overall, the experience was good. 

Here on time; total time spent 45 minutes; explained everything to my wife and then talked to my at the office to explain what they did; very professional and respectful to us.

Lee was the repair tech that came out on the initial emergency call for the repair of the one zones that had a failure.  They arrived near the set appointment time and gave me a call 30 minutes before to let me know they were in route to my house but might be delayed a little due to traffic.  I did not have a good map of the original system so they had to search for the damaged valve location in order to diagnose the problem.  Once the valve was found they diagnosed the problem and determined the solution would require a full crew.  Lee called Michael explained the situation and they gave me an estimate for the work. 

Next they scheduled a full crew to be out the next day to perform the job.  They notified me when they arrived on the job and contacted me when they were about finished so I could return home and inspect the work.  Job required them to rerouted main line and install 2 new valves to solve the problem with the failed valve.  Problem was that it was located under a driveway installed 5 years previously that should have been moved by that contractor.  Once the valves were repaired they also had to replace all the pipe to set the heads for the repaired zone; they also added one new sprinkler head for better coverage.   Since the cutting of the main line cut off water flow to another zone they had to set a second valve and run the main line down the driveway in order to supply water to the 2nd zone.  Again the relocated one sprinkler head and installed another head for additional coverage.  while they waited for me to arrive and inspect the system the reset and inspected the other zones in my sprinkler system for proper settings and coverage.

Michael was at the house and reviewed the work done with me, we tested the system and he explained the other items changed as result of the inspection.  He made recommendations on my system settings provided me with an invoice and we wrapped up our business.  They did a good job and were very professional and communicated well throughout the entire process. 

I think the price was very reasonable as I asked them to come out and tackle the job right away do to the heat and strain my yard was under as the system had already been down for almost a week.  I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Overall, excellent work - I recommend them highly. I called on Thursday & got an appointment for Friday morning.  Michael called before he left his office & arrived on time.  He carefully analyzed the entire system & discussed each discrepancy (including the estimated cost) before proceeding.  He sought ways to provide me with the best value, by giving me options (including his professional opinion of the pros & cons).  He never rushed me into making a decision or pressured me into a purchase, even though the job kept consuming more & more time.  By the end of the job, I was very satisfied that I had received excellent service, excellent quality & excellent value.  I'll call Michael again whenever I need help with my sprinkler system.

Everything was excellent. The guy answered my call when I called and not a machine. He answered me immediately and came over the same day. It was really important because I had all new flowers put all over my yard and my sprinkler system was not working. I had brand new baby flowers, about 400 or 500 of them and they were expensive. He got in working within less than 2 hours. It is working fine now. I've used them before and they know what they are doing. I don't remember the name of the kid but he was young but he's worked with the company for a while and knows what he is doing.

They've done work for me twice. They forgot my appointments and I had to call them to remind them which was not great. When they come they are very quick at what they do. The guys that do work are very nice. They seem to know what they are doing. When they fix it, it stays fixed. They were a lot cheaper than I anticipated.

It was great - I had told him I would be taking days off in late February and I got worried because by Friday, I had not heard back from him. But he remembered our earlier discussion and said that he had planned to get there that day and told me when to expect him. He later called that he would be 15 minutes late and was right on target.

I've called them twice and they had originally installed the sprinkler system. They are friendly and thorough. They do a meticulous job.

I am very pleased with the work done by Michael and his crew. They respond quickly and promptly, diagnose the problem quickly, explain options before we agree on the course of action, explain what they are doing while the work is in progress, and explain what I can do as homeowner to keep the finished project working properly. The crew works well and quickly together, are polite, do not waste time, and cleanup the work site during and afterward. Am I satisfied with their work? Absolutely, they've done three projects for me. I recommend them to others needing irrigation and outdoor sprinkler services.

The service technician (Lee) showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. Showed me the problems and repaired them quickly. After completing the repairs, he checked the system to insure it was working properly. I will definitely use them again.

They were supposed to show up one day. I took off work and they were a no-show. It seems that other reviewers were in one of two camps - good work or no-show. Well, after the no-show, I decided that instead of an "F" on Angie's, I'd give them another shot. Not sure why, but I've forgotten stuff too. I called late in the afternoon of the day they were a no-show and the owner was very apologetic. He promised a crew first thing the next morning and they arrived a few minutes early. Both the guys were very friendly and they finished the work in under 1 hour. I'd probably use them again since they did resolve my problem and I think the price was fair. I will remind him on my next call (if I call again) how he was a no-show the first time just so they make sure and show up. I gave them a "F" on responsiveness but decided to somewhat ignore the no-show day on the other grading categories and weight it more towards the actual work performed.

We talked on the phone and agreed on a date/time for his appointment. We agreed on an hourly rate for his diagnostic work but when the time/date came Michael never showed up and what's worse, he never called to let me know that he wasn't coming. I'd taken a day off from work for this. Needless to say we do not recommend him and will never call him back.

I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Michael did a great job. He thoroughly went over how to use the system as well.

No overall since the contractor never got beyond an initial phone call.

The technician arrived promptly and checked the controller and the system. After confirming that the controller needed to be replaced, he discussed the replacement options (including the cost) and briefly left to get the type of controller that fit my needs. He quickly installed it, went over the new controller operation and features with me, and made minor repairs to the sprinkler, all within 90 minutes. He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was pleased with the service and I highly recommend this company.

This is a family owned business. They are knowledgeable and competent. They will stay on a problem until they find how to fix it. They tell you up front what they charge. I was happy with this company.

Excellent-they were on time on the day Mike said they'd be there. They completely repaired the site, tested all segments, smoothed the soil over the pipeline and were under budget.

Wonderful! I called the company, spoke to a real person, got a call back within an hour, and had an appointment scheduled the next day. They arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time and worked constantly until it was complete. Michael asked me to inspect his work before he left. Both Michael and his son were courteous, concerned about the small amount of mud on the paving stones and thorough. I was completely happy.

I had a hole in an underground pipe in my irrigation system. I called on Friday afternoon, was told they could come the next day. Received a call they were headed out early in the morning. They dug up the hole, patched the hole with a new section of pipe, and nicely replaced the dirt, all in about 15 minutes. Then, they spot checked the rest of the system, raised a couple of heads and realigned some others. Very quick, clean, and courteous.

The price is a little high, but they did a nice job for us.
